I might be moving my hobby shop soon. This was very helpful and looked like fun. Thanks.
Hello thanks a lot for the video, do you use compress air to cut or gas like nitrogen?
Compressed air.
Thanks for the vid very helpful. I have email u cant wait to get my plasma goin.
Thanks a ton for this. I am just getting started on my new Crossfire XR. Lots of experience fabricating, lots of computer experience & graphic design....but new to putting them together in a cnc machine :) Lots of tutorials out there showing how to sketch parts and art with fusion and inkscape.....but not a lot of info on how to set up tools or generate the post/gcode. The mfg has the correct post for download but no instructions on how to install or even where to install LOL Anyway, I appreciate this video and the video on how to add tools you have posted here.
Tool & die maker for 45 years spent many hours on Bridgeport now for all accessories !
any chance you can email me the PP please
When I ask fusion to simulate after I select the pierce locations, the simulator does NOT follow the path I made. However, the G code provides the correct locations and works. Were frustrated, am I alone here? Anyone else have the same thing in simulator?
thanks for this video, ive emailed you
Very informative,thank you
Interesting project, but PLEASE LOSE the music! It quickly triggers a migraine. This video is NOT a music video, it’s a shop project.
What make plasma cutter are you using? Thanks.
Hypertherm 45XP
How dangerous to have that dog running around just asking for trouble.
It was an old dog. They could get a new puppy. No problem.
I will be glad to see the part 2 And pls let me know if you offer training on this bumper building
You’ve missed so many steps dude
Oh man! What did I leave out?
@@twoguysmakestuff4445 it won’t tool path for finer details. Your design may not have that. Did look like it on some stuff. But could you explain more on how to get it to path for finer details. I did watch another one of you videos explain relief cuts. I have the same issue there. It won’t path for it.
Remove the lead-in/lead-out and pierce width in your cut
How does it burnish and abrade?
Thank you so much
A question how can i make pierce to drill it later using fusion 360 is it just drawing a tiny circle and that’s it ?! also your videos look good keep up the good work
If you simply want to drill, draw a circle the size of the kerf. Then in post process uncheck lead in and lead out and make pierce clearance zero.
@@twoguysmakestuff4445 thanks a lot

How many 'test' gears did you create checking the tooth fit up? Once you had this, did you modify your F360 design with some clearance spacing? Thanks for the project, it came out great.
Actually they worked perfectly the first time.
Wow that's cool!👍
Thanks!
You got me to subscribe.
How did you come up with the info for the kerf with?
Our machine came with cut sheets. The kerf changes with material and materiel thickness.
What cutting height are you running for 16 gauge? 0.060"?
.06
Thanks!
Nice split screen edit that’s creative👍
Appreciate it thanks for watching!
And this is super cool

I'd love to know how you set up the plasma cutter files for different thickness materials.
We can do that. Thanks for the suggestion.
The SC475B is for VW head bolts. I believe it works on VW half shafts as well.
That is correct.
Throw out the sharpie. You can find a wire nut on any job site and it won’t split jamming it on a tube of caulk
Neat idea, ill try that
Store sharpies cap down, as someone who can go through 3 king size sharpies a day I'll tell you right now that it keeps the ink flowing.
We definitely do this too.
Sharpies are alcohol markers so all you need is some rubbing alcohol and you inject it into the sharpie after you remove the top
If you lick the sharpie you can get a few more uses out of it
They need beer flavored.
Combination lock for a vault door?
Good guess but no.
And this, Custom Mach 3 Plasma Post Processing Program (8:02), of which you speak 🗣️, where might one obtain this elusive tongue twister?

@@twoguysmakestuff4445 I know this is the height of ignorance but... I don't know how to email you. I've sent my email but screwTube just takes it down.
Now you're stuck with this shit as is !!
With over 180 sockets I think we will be ok! Thanks for watching!
Very nice! As a Senior Master ASE it drives me nuts to not have my tools where I can find them. The only problem with racking my things like that is I sometimes have to carry my tools to a job and need socket rails and a cart to do so. But I'm my home box I have a similar setup as you have created.
Very cool! Thanks for watching!
Since you work in both metric and standard you could color code the trays, one color for metric, one for standard. And put duplicates in the old trays and put them in the drawer.
That’s great idea!
Nice . . very nice.
Thank you!
That Looks amazing !!! Great Build.... with that I Gotta tell you, You are stuck with me now !!!! I subscribed !

I don't mean to be rude, but those subtitles are really distracting and make it harder to focus on what you're actually doing. I would even say they don't add any value here, because UA-cam already adds subtlitles automatically and does a very good job at that, so everyone who actually needs them can turn them on. It's another story for shorts (because people often watch shorts without sound), but not desireable for full length content.
That’s a great observation. And honestly the subtitles were kind of an experiment. Thanks for watching and the feedback! We appreciate it.
Very cool.
Thanks!
I saw someone do what you just did the hard way, drill press and angle iron. Much easier the way you did it.. But screwdrivers in all the tool sheds I've been in when there not taking up a drawer. They seem to grow legs and walk away no matter what lol. I really liked the really small holes for the screwdrivers that fall in every small crack you have on your workbench or narrow place on your project where your hand can't fit with no way to retrieve it without disassemble. I learned my organization from my grandfather. Pile it on your workbench. or throw it in a drawer. Love these small projects.
Maybe we have the same grandfather?! Thanks for watching!
