From my experience people (including the writers themselves) tend to ignore that since well...few if any of the Alters really fit this description but hey its something.

Man, between This episode and Asterios getting his animation update, Im good on beefy FGO dudes for a bit. Anywho, in regards to Napoleon the best and simplest way to interpret him as an Archer is that this is Napoleon "The Legend" whereas the confirmed Rider Napoleon is "The Man." The former is the larger than life tales & fantasies quantified into an entity that can outright mess with causality as long as he has enough belief from others riding upon him, whereas the latter would presumably be the culmination of all of Napoleon's sins and virtues that he committed and held strong to in life. As for your hint...honestly there's not many French Servants in the game left so "they're French" would have done well enough as a hint hiven that the last few options are Corday (who never left France), d'Eon, Molay & Cagliostro. I don't remember if Molay ever went to England specifically so I can't guess for them but I ASSUME that both d'Eon and Cagliostro probably left to England, the former to spy and the latter because he traveled a lot maybe? Could be any of those 3. Hoping for Molay though, their video is gonna be WILD for Sekhie due to the whiplash.

Honestly i'm kinda fed up with the Archer joke because the more time pass and the more overused it is especially when it was always stated that it was about distant projectile (and if we start getting pedantic then fire all the Saber and Lancer because those frauds used swords and spears instead) and it turned out that most generals end in a class for emblematic of their army rather than Rider: Iskandar is rider because his army was know for his cavalries and himself generally leading them Caesar is a Saber because most of his army was using a gladius and a shield Nobunaga is an archer because of hom he put firearms in the forefront of it (and he also use a bow during Honnoji) And Napoleon who is an archer because he started as an artillery officer and put great emphasis on it.

Dantes is weird. He exists within the MC's mind regardless of if you actually summoned him. He will always be there until you die. He's the best friend you didn't know you needed and the nuke option when you're at your wits end. Also, obligatory "I am the storm that is approaching" reference.

So Fun set of servants, Love the personality Dumas seems to have and can't wait to see more of him in the Fate strange Fake anime, Also fun little tidbit, When he identifies himself to another of the masters in the Strange fake war the enemy master initially is confused, not because he doesn't know Dumas but more because he isn't sure which Dumas he is because there is more then one famous Dumas, Leading to the master in question to explain about Dumas son being an author leading to Dumas to seem happy and filled with pride that his son ended up being a famous Author in his own right And for the Count..
