Thanks for this one... only one question... what is the music? Its a nice chill work mode vibe.
Amazing tutorial! Thank you so much!
great tutorial! is it posible for you to share this project?
@@marchelo1973 it is. You could email me and I can send them over
Mooi gemaakt mooi gesproken 👍🏼🌅👍🏼
Bedankt! 😄
very clear and easy tutorial .
Muito obrigado!!
Please, update tutorial. In last versions many tools were renamed
Great tutorial, thanks for sharing
I can't find it aerodynamics (drag-lift) c4d 2024. Please tell me
This tutorial is great
👍👍👍RESPECT
dude! thanks a million!
thanks you too :)
cool!
Hello, why do my ropes attach to the inside of the balloon instead of the bottom, when moving them there is gouging.
I'm not really sure why that happens, have you connected them correctly? by clicking the set button
since when the little berries are melted together?
Thanks for the tut!
nice tutorial, but it would be useful add the shortcuts and comands for begginers. I can't follow your steps sorry.
Is it possible to already have the noddles in the bowl, then have an object interact with it? like a fork/chopsticks picking them up?
Definitly yes! the noodles are their own dynamic objects so you can just create a fork and add a collider tag to it and it. then the noodles will collide with the fork etc.
@@DuckStoree Great that you. What I meant though is there a way for the noodles to already be down on the plate as a default state rather than falling down?
Do you know how to stop the noodles from falling through the bowl and make them fall into it instead
You just have to add a collider tag to the bowl. but keep in mind that the polygon normals need to be the correct way otherwise it will not work. if you select the polygons the orange side needs to be where the noodle is hitting it and not the blue side. You can reverse this if its not correct by right clicking the selection of polygons and select reverse normals or U~R
@@DuckStoree thank you! Turns out I had the polygon facing the wrong way 😂 you just saved me from a headache
@@kendra6161 ah, that happens sometimes, glad I could help! 👍
very good tutorial thanks!
This tutorial was brilliant, managed to do it in 2023 using the rope tags. Just have one question. I wanted to try and attach an object to the bottom of the strings but have it react to the gravity so it kinda hangs there! Any ideas how I could do this?
Thanks! And nice that you made it work in the 2023 version. The thing your looking for is the Rope belt tag. You have to add that with the rope tag and add an object or null into it. Then with the vertices you want to control selected click on set and it will parent the vertices you selected to the object in the Rope belt. Hopefully it helped! Have a good day!
@@DuckStoree Thanks I will try this, just one more question sorry...If I connect an object to the balloons, how to I give this opposite gravity to the balloons so it 'floats' but also puts a pulling force on the balloons.. Sorry if that doesn't make sense 😅
@@paulgonnelly954 oh no worries, actually I'm not really sure how this could be done.... Maybe it's possible to reverse the gravity so the balloon goes up. And for the object make it so the mass is negative? Not sure if that is possible because i have never tried. But there must be a way.
@@DuckStoree I'll give that a try, thanks
goooddddd
Thanks bro
@@DuckStoree Hello, do you happen to know how I can modify when the noodles fall? I tried to modify it from the rope but it stops simulating the animation.
@@lucasthomasoyarzun3247 Yes, what you can do is add an turbulence to your scene and play with the setting a bit. It will give the noodles some random movement. I think all the simulation object work like wind, attractor etc. Good luck!
@@DuckStoree What I was referring to is that I want to modify the time at which the simulation starts. I don't know why it won't let me mark the start time.
I would like it to start in the box I tell it to and not immediately when I start it.
Hmmm, not getting this to work in 2023. No matter what I try, the balloon will not follow the null. Man, I really don't like the spring object. :D Everytime I use it, it's not working as intended. Seems permanently broken...
Yes, I think because they added the rope stuff the spring is not really effective anymore. If you want I can send you the exact scene I used. But I'm also not sure if it will work in 2023
@@DuckStoree Thanks, but I already got it working in R25. :D Works flawlessly in there! If only Maxon wouldn't break stuff with their updates or hide functionalities somewhere you can't find 'em anymore, haha. :D There is a way to set the rope tag to legacy solver in 2023 btw, it does SOMETHING, but also not what you'd expect. Just breaks it more I think. :D Anyway, great stuff and thanks for the reply!
@@chris_warstat Haha yeah thanks! Good thing you got it working!
@@DuckStoree Actually, I'm an idiot. Didn't work because I had follow position set to 100 in the Dynamic Body Tag. No idea how that got in there. Can confirm now, works in 2023 as well, if you don't mess up some of the settings somehow. :D Thanks for this!
Thank you for your content! It's really clear and helpful! However, everything is fine until I got to the part where you set up the spring, no matter how i set it up the ballon is dragged back to the null object! Do you have any idea how to solve it? Thank you soo much
Not really sure... Maybe the length is too short? also in R26 and 2023 version of C4D the Spline constraint and spline dynamics are removed and you could use a new tag calle "rope". You can also send me the scene over via email or discord then i can take a closer look.
omg can’t thank you enough for this
No worries thank you for watching!
how can I make the spline (Balloon String) visible without a plug in ? :(
I guess you could use a sweep on it so it becomes geometry
exceptional!!
hello. Your content is so great. Thank you very much. I have a question. Use the latest version. I can't find <3:18 hair tags> spline Dynamics> ㅠㅠ. how can i solve this problem.
Hmm yeah it seems the newest version doesn't have the hair tags anymore :s. I try to find another way but I am not sure on how to do it easily now.
@@DuckStoree Simulation Tags > Rope seems to do the trick. And Hair constraint is now called Rope Belt
@@jfvezina79 Oh thanks for figuring it out I was just trying to see what changed in the new version.
Spline constraint and spline dynamics are not found in R26
Hello, is the problem solved? I can't find these two functions either.
hi . what is your system hardware config ? (render test)
I got a RTX 2080 and a i9 9900k
@@DuckStoree Can you please tell how much time it needed for render?
@@valentinab7337 around 2-3 mins. So not really that long. I didn't use a lot of optimization so I guess you could even shorten it a bit.
I was looking for this kind of tutorial. Thank you
Sure, no problem!! Have a nice day!
hey! what are you pc specs?
I got an i9 9900k and an RTX 2080 with 64gb RAM
@@DuckStoree ohh, can i do basic octane/redshift stuff with gtx 1650?
Yes ofc, i think if your scenes are not to complex a GTX 1650 will do just fine
@@DuckStoree thanks:) scenes re basic low poly renders with some key and back lighting setup, the cpu is ryzen 7 4800h will arnold work good in that? (8 core)
@@aahritya_tv I am not really experienced with Arnold, so I don't know. But yeah I think it's easy for the GPU.
Great job ! it has been very helpful.
Thank you!
Amazingly well done tutorial my friend *tips fedora*
Good to hear! Thank you
Really Insane Tutorial Big Big Thanks
i am very new to redshift! I wonder why you use 2 dome lights, instead of one? Also i want to know the specific light settings of the area lights
One I used to give the scene the lighting of the HDRI and one I used to get that grey background. For the lights I am not sure what the settings are. But maybe I can send you the project file so you can take a look yourself.
I have found the project! Do you have Discord or anything so i can send you the project file?
hey sir thanks for tutorial , it is working in c4d standard render but in vray render hair material not working properly , not showing spline in vray render
That's weird, I am not really familiar with vray. Maybe you can use a sweep on the splines? So it becomes normal geometry.
@@DuckStoree ohk thanks 👍☺️
@@Saffronrizz No problem! Good luck!
awesome tutorial, thanks for sharing your knowledge
Thank you for watching!
Remesh is some plugin? Or part of the cinema4d r25?
Aah, no actually the Remesh is in Cinema for a long time already, not sure how long... It's not the best remesher but it's works alright!
DUDE! What a terrific tutorial. ALL killa' - no filla'. Congrats and thanks.
It's nice to hear you like it!! Thank you!
9:00 - "Also enable the Kink tab" 😏
It's my favorite tab 😂😂
@@DuckStoree great video by the way. I've been in C4D for a while, but brand new to redshift. To familiarize myself with the renderer, I thought, well let me just watch a video of someone just making something that looks really pretty and start filling in some of these blank spots. Soooo your thumbnail sucked me right in, and it was a very useful intro to redshift for me, so thanks!
@@upowlnight Aah thanks man, it's great to hear people actually. Learn something from these video's. I know I am not the best myself but sharing never hurts right? Also it seems like a lot of people are using redshift now since Maxon bought it.
will be checking more of your content for sure! one of the best tutorials i've seen in a really really long time
Thats really nice to hear thank you!
Can I use corona renderer instead of redshift for this?
Yes of course for the rendering and texturing you can use other renderers. But since I don't know corona render I don't know how to set up SSS on material etc.
class, it will be necessary to repeat. There are a couple of tools I've never seen ... very interesting. thanks
Yeah the spring is not getting used that much I think, but it is very helpfull sometimes
Super cool!!!! Super cool!
Thanks!
nice tut, thank you!
Great lesson! thanks ! )
Great to hear man!
Super cool🥶
Cool Like Ice!
Damn, thought me a lot
Nicely done!!
