Aurora's acoustic music is definitely very precious, and inspired me to explore new parts of my own voice as well. And you're right of course about the mistakes/imperfections. I hadn't been able to play and sing as much as I'd have wanted lately but had been wanting to upload more videos for a while so just gave it a go. Then whilst waiting for the video to upload and thinking what to write in the description is when the doubt creeps in whether I should have done another take, haha! Your thoughts and feedback are much appreciated, thanks for stopping by again.

@@roosmattaar4667 I feel you. I almost lost myself in my job and nearly killed all the passion that remained. Sometimes, life just gets in the way. And when you haven't played in so long, you start to doubt whether you've still "got it." I just said to myself, "no matter what happens, don't lose the music;" hang on to it as much as you can, and it will take care of you. Never lose the music, and I think that's enough. The rest should just follow. I'd love to hear some more Aurora, but I don't like making requests, because I think you should just play whatever you feel like playing; whatever the winds demand. 😊You're quite the inspiration, and now I'm gonna be listening to some more Aurora. Thanks be to you, too. I look forward to your future uploads.

@@MayhemJack Definitely, music has often taken care of me when nothing else could. I've lost my direction with it a few times, but it's always been needed. I'm lucky that I've been able to make my other passion (stop motion animation) my main practice, but the downside is that when passion and work collides the work days never really end.. And can become stressful and all consuming quickly. I'm sure I'll record another Aurora song at some point, been practicing another Nick Drake one also recently, whilst wanting to get back to writing more songs. We'll see what comes first... Glad to hear it could inspire and hope you had a nice time listening to Aurora. :)
