    The one thing i know for sure is to NOT be in me head so much. The mind judges anayzes critiques badmouths and interprets reality. I force myself to ignore my mind's interpretation by taking a distance and watching the mind reel and not engaging in it. It is very very difficult and i fail most of the times but there are moments.

    Love this one! 😍 I'm going to use it with my women's meditation class this week! 😌 My first thought was, "When is the next thought going to come?" ...which really amplified & helped me observe what I've been doing with my thoughts on manifesting lately... When is it coming? When, when, when?... But then it just made me smile as I relaxed into that quiet place. When I stopped thinking "when", I was able enjoy the space it created in my mind. Very effective & helpful method to stop ruminating! Love love love it! ❤❤❤

    The idea sounds good. But I find it irresponsible to speak out a warning at the same time. Take to account that someone might be in fear, fragility etc. How should this person know if it's right for her/him if you don't give any clear guidance? Like this it's more confusing rather than helpful.

      It's a 60 second video where someone looking at this perspective can decide if they want to explore the technique or not. The warning is about doing the technique and not so much what I am saying. Its responsible to let people know that it's not for everyone which was why I added it in.

      Because it was sad and traumatic and still reeling I cannot shake it off My childhood was sad , my divorce was sad , how can I lie to myself it was perfect I wanted it to be , but was let down by.others and by.poor choices by me .

    Hi @mindsetchangeuk just wondering if u have any advice for me , I went for an interview last week and whilst in the interview sitting face to face I started to feel my head shaking because I was nervous it only lasted about a min then went away, I have came such a long way from have really severe anxiety to now it just appears now n then , I felt really embarrassed after it but I’m just trying to figure how like in situations like that I could control that 👍

    is there a way to determine whether an impulse is coming from conditioning or from my true authentic self? i guess sometimes it is pretty obvious (which does not mean i always catch it 😉), everything that is automatic, urgent, rushed, anxious and also i know a lot of the stories my mind comes up with to avoid certain things or stay in my comfort zone by now, but still, is there a telltale sign that tells me when to do and when not to sth? if certain aspirations are coming from a place of covering up and running from sth or in fact are an expression of my deepest desires? i guess this is where i get lost over and over again....

      It's a great question so thank you for asking. One aspect to help you is that conditioning tends to be limiting in some way whilst your authentic self will be open to the infinite possibilities open to you and help you move into alignment for a more authentic life. The ego can ruminate and worry whilst the true self can be more encouraging, present, inspirational and insightful. Yes the ego can do this too but and it might be helpful especially as your true self has much more influence over your ego as they blend through more interaction. When you look at your desires objectively, how do they seem to you?

    Having had the worst year of my life in 2014 when I started having massive panic attacks and anxiety. A decade on I know realise that I’ve learned a lot from it. It’s made me better, stronger and I’ve more control over my life and decisions. I’ve cut out lots of energy vampires and I’m very grateful to be able to live in the moment and enjoy every day. I was on Lexipro from February 2019 until April 2020 but hated it and jacked it in. SSRI will only mask symptoms and prolong suffering. Be real with yourself and don’t get into the habit of leaning on drugs.

    Hi , I went for a interview last week and I didn’t think I was nervous but once the woman was talks staring at my face my head started to shake then I became nervous 🤦‍♀️but it only lasted about 30 seconds then I relaxed, do u have any tips for helping with this please 👍

      Learn to regulate your nervous system so you can manage it in situations which can be triggering. Breath work can be very helpful

    I’m seeing all these other comments about ads. That’s weird, I didn’t get any ads. I really liked this. I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. It’s extremely painful and gives me spontaneous dislocations. All my joints are constantly subluxing- whether I’m laying down, sitting still, or moving around. I have to consciously think and plan before I make any movements at all. This means every step, every time I turn my head, lift my arm, touch an object, you name it. I have to plan ahead in order to get the joint back in the socket before moving it, and to make sure the movement won’t pop it back out. This goes for all my joints. I’m just writing this to raise awareness about this disorder. Most people never heard of it. Thank you for making this file. I can’t take any drugs or medications, so hypno is one avenue I can do to decrease my pain. Best wishes everybody 🙏

    My regret absolutely fuels my anxiety. I am at the point where I don't even see the point of wanting to engage in life. I don't see the point sometimes. I have become apathetic. It's not a good place to be.😐

      The problem isn't your past, it's your thinking about it that is the issue and no matter how it seems to you Andrew, you have the ability to begin thinking differently about your past and future. I encourage you to do the exercise in the video about your future and begin taking small steps to make it happen. You are a powerful creator and now is the time to take back control from a frightened ego and lead the way.

    A therapist once told me that we make decisions with the information we have at that time. It makes sense, of course. The problem with me now (and maybe always) is that I'm not sure I trust myself anymore. Since, in hindsight, the decisions (and choices) I made didn't seem like the most beneficial ones. I want to feel more confident, going forward but maybe that's not possible. When I look back and "judge" or "analyze" it's with the benefit of present day knowledge. (I'm not sure I made much sense 😕). I'll keep watching. Thanks.

      Your therapist is correct about your past decision making. You have to learn though to trust yourself again through practising making choices that you perceive will benefit you. Connect with your ideal future and let that be your guide and invest in mindset growth so you change your perception on failures as they often provide so much gold. it's worth asking if your past mistakes contained any learnings for you and if so, what? Are they then mistakes or nudges down a more successful path?

My mind wasn't well because of anxiety and stress at the time. Its the consequences that im struggling to accept. Loosing my career job i loved, had hit me hard.     My mind is so disturbed. It turned against me. I lost everything because of extremely stupid mistakes and foolish decisions.. I shouldn't have done. I knew it was stupid and I still did it. The guilt, and regret are UNBEARABLE. At that moment of decision, I was totally freaking out, I was in pure panic mode... talking 100mph without breathing. I was catastrophizing the worst and I was so confused I didn't know what I was saying or doing.... After I realized how I just ended my life. I ruined it... I just can't accept what I've done. I hate myself so much. The depression is so bad. I don't have any hope.. I feel so dead.

      You are being lied to by your mind and tricked into thinking you have no hope for your future. There is a part of you that knows you can get through this but it will take some work to calm down your overactive mind and begin to see the truth. I heartily recommend this type of meditation on repeat to soothe your mind and body.       @Mindsetchangeuk It really was my fault for loosing everything. I keep making the worst mistakes and foolish decisions. I can't believe I could loose my career job I completely loved, it was my passion and my purpose. I really messed up my life. It's brought total panic into me... im so down, afraid and feel so guilty with unforgivable regret. I have severe depression,... and I have that crippling anxiety. I'm unable to leave the apt. Canceled all appointments,.. and don't want communication with friends or anyone. I'm always in a panic, regretful mood. Thank you, your last video described me perfectly... You really do understand... especially the feeling of personal failure, and regret. I'm not myself anymore. I can't even imagine happiness, or any dream of a happy time in the future. I can't snap-out of this dread feeling, and depression. Thank you for continuing to help me.°!! I will listen to the medication. It's difficult with my mind the way it is..... 😟✨️
