Roasting some coffee from Yunnan (云南省), and then making an espresso martini from it

Doing some noobish roasting of coffee I got from Yunnan (well over Taobao). This is not a tutorial at all, and I'm pretty basic, so go ahead and roast me in the comments (haHAA see what I did there? omglolXD).
~201g of raw green beans yielded ~175g of roasted coffee. Done for ~8mins at 230C.
The taste test is an espresso martini since that's my favorite way to drink coffee.

Clickbait title, well only the "best" part. This was a booth at the InnoVex section which is meant for startups. The "AI" claims were pretty dodgy, it seemed more like `Math.random()` on top of OpenCV object detection. It seems to be a pay to enter dating platform primarily, but they had no free trial and I didn't want to spend NTD5000 so I can't say for sure how good it is.
