What does a 10.6 micron wavelength beam of a Carbon Dioxide LASER do if aimed at a Thermal Imager. Would it blot out the imager or possibly damage it. Also how about a giant pulsed (Q-Switched) CO2 LASER do to a Thermal Imager device. Would it wreck it?

yeah if he was using the one sides NVGs that i’ve used and hated, they’re so incredibly green that a harsh white background with the thermal would seriously hurt your eyes after prolonged use
