I have mine mounted on my desk and it is solid. I just wish it could go lower without hitting the mount.

At greater than Mach 1, you would hear the sonic boom before any engine noises. The aircraft would be traveling faster than its own sound.

I am waiting for moza to make a dedicated captains version of this MA3X grip. Force feedback feels amazing in DCS World. MSFS still needs a lot of work, the real problem is is the sim software and and that the aircraft add-ons are not developed with force feedback in mind.

Just upgraded my CPU, and I was very excited to play again, expecting gains compared to my previous one. That part didn’t disappoint-going from the 5900X to the 7950X3D. However, after I installed the MOZA cockpit and launched the simulator, the base went berserk with vibrations and noises. When I got into the plane, I finally realised that, in the last month or so, I hadn’t really experienced true force feedback. Suddenly, I could feel everything-the trimming was finally noticeable, and I was getting that amazing feedback. After flying without any specific purpose for about 10 minutes, I returned to the main menu, and once again, the base was vibrating and making noises like crazy. I started to worry, so I turned off the simulator and launched it again, but the problem persisted. I reset Windows 11, but now I can no longer get any telemetry service running. I tried re-launching it directly from the MOZA cockpit folder under the MFS folder, but something that worked in the past no longer works. I have no feedback at all now. I’ve tried reinstalling everything, resetting the base, and launching it when Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 was already running (as I saw suggested somewhere), but none of these solutions worked. I was really hoping to spend my days off enjoying the simulator, but unfortunately, nothing is working. I’ve spent hours trying to fix it. Does anyone have a solution? I’ve submitted a support ticket, but I don’t expect an answer until after New Year. Those 10 minutes I experienced were the best I’ve ever had in a flight simulator. Please help me get back to that. The flight sim is close, the details (trees, rocks) are just a bit off. It would probably be a bit much to map all of that.

Finally, mountains in a flight sim that dont look like half-melted ice cream! I've waited decades for this...

2024 cateres to low flying simulating. The lighting changes came with a price. If you dont have a powerful GPU like 4080 Super upwards you can forget about it.

They would go by silently. Haven't you been to an airshow? The plane is long gone, it flies by silently when doing mach 1. The sound arrives long after the plane is gone. Your videos need changing.

Hallo an alle Wohnzimmer Piloten. Fliegt mit XP 12 und allem was es dazu gibt. Die Landschafft ist zwar nicht so perfekt wie im MSFS-Simulator, aber wenn man im XP 12 eine Platzrunde geflogen ist mit Originalem Wetter und Zeiteinstellung dann kann man sagen ihr könnt schon mal in der Not ein Flugzeug steuern. MSFS hat natürlich eine sehr gute Scenery. Das war es dann schon. Abgesehen er läuft. Ist mehr ein Simulator für Kinder und heranwachsende. Die Physikalischen Flugeigenschafften sind eine Katastrophe. Der Sound genauso. Im XP 12 gibt es ständig Update. Austin Martin tut das mit ganzem Herzen und Leidenschaft. Hier wird man nicht mit Schrott abgezockt.

VFR eye candy is only one side of the flight simulator equation. I enjoy GA IFR flights, but everything seemed myopically focused on VFR graphics. Traffic AI from departure, enroute and arrival and traffic control sequencing instructions seemed non-existent or ridiculously simplistic and inadequate. How about putting some effort into these simulation systems of FS instead of just focusing on eye candy?

on video 2020 runs much worse settings than 2024. you can see just from resolution of those videos. what a scam video comparison...

Guy flying the ISS has king size cajones flying that low. BTW, everyone exceeding 250 KIAS below 10,000’ MSL and flying below 500’ AGL over the Ranger Station, possible pilot deviations. I have a number for you, please advise when ready to copy.

You need two sonic booms, one at the leading edge of the shock wave, and another as the trailing edge passes you.
