i love saw the ride so so much i love how the saw theme fits with the eurofighter model its a bulky and kinda janky looking metal cage that feels like its designed to fuck u up and it does do that i think it has a flavour of intensity that u dont get from hyperia or stealth or anything with high gforces as a selling point i think a saw movie franchise rollercoaster would feel wrong if it was too clean and refined and i love it for being as imperfect as it is also yea it wouldnt work without the saw movie theme but it does have a saw movie theme and its well done its a cohesive experience it feels wrong to discount that

Saw: The Ride was made to feel like something from an actual Saw film. Also X wasn't as well themed as Walking Dead and I never got to ride X:\ No Way Out

for years this was my fave coaster even after doing nemesis and others, it took a lot to top it

When I went on it for the first time recently, I ended up liking Rita more than I probably should. It had a good launch and definitely went fast, and I didn’t care that the layout didn’t sent you upside down or up a huge hill (if anything that made it better). I can see why people don’t like it since the theming isn’t really there, but it’s definitely something that could just undergo a renovation rather than outright removal.

I do think cheesington is actually a really nice theme park but there are definitely flaws, but definitely it's a park that has a good balance between going from family rides to "big" rides

I love colossus, its one of my favourites despite its roughness. I just put my hood up to protect my ears from the banging lol. I love sik at flamingo land but i much prefer the themeing at colossus lol I also love Saw. I am not sure why it is so hated, i personally have never found it too rough. One of the only coasters that makes me genuinely scream lolll I love ritas themes, i sometimes skip it though, only cuz i personally am not the biggest fan of high speed launch coasters (icon being an expection lol) I agree with you on the walking dead but it was probably way better as X. Though i never got to ride it in its x days ... the height restriction is definitely stupid lol Galatica is incredible!! Its a relaxing ride and was my first "big" coaster, will always have a special place in my heart!! And compare it to bloody Hero at flamingo land... 💀💀 I dont really like spinball whizzer cuz it throws you around lol. I usually skip lol. I do much prefer dragons fury The fact nemesis inferno is hated SHOCKS ME!! ITS ONE OF MY FAVS!! Rattlesnake hurts.. i went on a similar ride in west midlands safari park in like 2017 and i got badly hurt😅😅 i forgot the name though. Out of all of them saw colossus and nemesis inferno DO NOT deserve hate in my personal opinion lol. Im surprised they do, but maybe im just easy to please lol

Nemesis both original and reborn love them both probably prefer the original honourable mentions have to be colossus, oblivion and I know this last one isn’t a coaster but Hex aswell

Went on it today, was absolute dog dirt, i love ghost trains too and it was such a wasted opportunity, they have all that space and the sets look great, there's just nothing creepy or scary about it

all our coasters in the uk deserve our place as they are a fundamental part of our hobby. However, as someone who has managed to do over half of the currently operating coasters in the country, there are some that stick out lie a sore thumb. I think colossus and saw are both rough coasters and I don't rate them highly but I don't think they need to be removed or changed. however, Rita is an off the shelf model from intamin. the only off the shelf coaster at towers (if you don't count Spinball being the first and only of its model). so I think Rita could be replaced with something more unique! I think that all the coasters mentioned apart from rattlesnake and sometimes colossus are a little overhyped nowadays, everyone raves about them!

I'm quite grateful for galactica, it's the only flying coaster in the country... We don't talk about hero.

My mom won a competition back in 2016 for a £500 holiday from Brantano (the shoe store) and we used some of it to stay in the Thorpe Shark shipping containers. We had no plans of going on ghost train because i was scared, but it broke down and the park gave us fast pass as an apology, so we had a great time. Therefore, i only have positive memories of this ride. 30 million pounds? Well, i once got a fast pass from it breaking down, so it's all worth the spend.

Omg, the nemesis inferno soundtrack, which plays inside the station slaps so much and i love it. The colossus soundtrack got stuck in my head. I actually quite like the Smiler soundtrack but only for like 20 minutes. The worker in the queue looked so depressed and must have that song in their brain playing on repeat in their sleep. Nemesis reborn i like but not as much as Nemesis Infernos soundtrack

The worst ride I've ever been on was a Vekoma SLC called Flight Deck at Canadas Wonderland. Now this ride had me actually crying at the end of it because it smashed my head directly into the "padded" restraints so much I think it probably turned my brain into a bouncy ball simulator on the side of my skull for the duration of the ride. It made me never want to go on a rollercoaster again. Which was a good thing considering the ride my family wanted to go on next was a Zamperla Volare called timewarp, which I think would have sworn me of roller coasters for life. Also that Pinfari Looping coaster you showed on Brighton Pier is something I'm still too scared to go on after I heard an entire group of grown men exit that ride groaning in pain like they'd just experienced whiplash in a car crash.

I went on tidal wave at Thorpe Park when I was younger and somehow avoided getting wet. Either that or the trauma of getting soaked has just wiped my memory of that experience and replaced it with a pleasant one. Also, I was so depressed when they removed loggers leap and canada creek, I went on that ride with my best friend when I was like 8 and apparently that makes it important to me despite the fact I'm not the biggest fan of water rides.

I do actually have some info on Rita, from what I've heard, it was supposed to go to oakwood in Wales in place of where speed is now and it was relocated to towers before it even arrived at oakwood meaning the layout was already done and no changes could really be made. Then again, take this with a grain of salt because even I'm not entirely sure if it's true of not.

Idk why ppl say Saw is bad. It's defo top 2 at Thorpe for me. I've only ever had one bad experience with it. And the sudden drop before the final section can be dodgy on the front right seat. I've never had an issue with the ride. Absolutely love it and it's theming. And the vertical chain lift drop has always been comfortable for me and trust me. Cause I've been on Saw more than I can count on my fingers and most of the time I'm on the front

I rode saw on its opening season, the roughness was awful. My next visit to the park was this year, 15 years later. I thought, ill give it another go, cant be as bad as i remember. Nope! It was awful.

I love Colossus as well. I know it gets so much hate but for me, it’s right up there as one of my top favourites.

I loved the swarm when it first opened and never knew it was a failiure at the time. But oh my, 😢 those vest restraints. If you don't push up on them on that first drop it will pin your bladder right into the seat like a hydraulic press channel video or something. And when you've been waiting in queue for an hour, that's more of a torture experience than saw. Luckily, when i go usually, the line is walk on or 20 minutes. Also yes i am watching all your videos in order like I'm watching a series on Netflix that I'm slightly too addicted to. I don't need help.

OMG THE FLAT STANLEY REFERENCE UNLOCKED A CORE MEMORY

I haven't been on Vampire since i went to Chessington all the way back in 2014 when i was 11, but i do remember it being very fun, especially the theming in the queue. One thing I'd recommend if you haven't seen it already is a POV of Vampire back when it first opened in the 90s, it's soo strange seeing it without dense shrubbery around it.

My favourite bit about Saw and The Heinz™ factory is the sauce pit. I like the bit where Merlin adds a contactless payment of £12 as you go through because they count the sauce as food and all their food is so affordable 😋.

Saw isn't objectively rougher than Colossus. Yes, Saw is rough. But Colossus is so much worse.
