I actually think he makes a good point about the gsme theory at the end. At a certain point, people should just take naked stroud, at some percentage of the time as he slides past ADP, the further he falls, the more likely you should be to do it. Im back stacking so often late myself, that I should acutally be doing it more.

respect the takes and how he organizes his process, I'm definitely more queasy on TB this year though. I'm more willing to have 4-5 40-50% guys but I'm also relatively unhinged lol.

I think the idea that all of your players need to finish Top 12 at position to win the whole thing really has merit. How do you tell the story that each player you take does that is a story that wins the tourney over increased advance rates.

The point Sack made at the end came off pretty horribly imo. I don’t trust his evaluation of the value of “uniqueness” when he’s referencing duped lineups. That’s misunderstanding the strategy entirely. He’s essentially making the argument that in the DFS millionaire maker you should always use 100% of your salary because the “math” says that’s best for your projection. When in reality it’s totally valid to sacrifice projection and use less salary for leverage. People need to stop saying “math” in this space when they’ve done no math

A fun side mission while watching these is to wait for Pat to say "We only have XX minutes left" and see how far they run over. This time only 14 minutes over schedule. Kind of weak tbh haha.

After a season where QJ showed the public what the bottom end of the range of outcome looks like for that player archetype, Coleman is a clear buy. Not bc he’s guaranteed to be anything special as a player, but bc he’s almost guaranteed to be a value.
