Congrats on the business! I think working 80 hours a week is pretty standard when you’re trying to get your own thing off the ground so just make that the norm in your head and it’ll be easier to maintain . I would do 2 jobs until you have enough money saved to where you can support your self for a year without your day job. The stress of not having enough money for the basics can be very overwhelming. If there is a time to work your life away, now might be the season for it.

I like the idea of watching you grow. Tough choice you have of taking your own path. One thing I would suggest is to protect yourself first. Insurance with business personal property coverage is something that you may have overlooked. A homeowners or renters policy will cover your personal stuff, but anything for your business will be excluded (your cameras, mics, printers etc). Have an in depth conversation about your needs with an agent.

Do you know if this model has the code descriptions and guided diagnostics to help you through whatever the codes are telling you? I think Autel has a similar system to the Snapon?

Glad i continued doing research and found these. Toolbox widget is cool ig but ill be damned if i pay more for tool organizers than i did on the tools themselves. And yours actually have different color options and look more modular than the others on the market. Ill definitely be purchasing some when all my tools come in

I would make it tighter and also i would find a big carriage bolt that you can cut down and weld the head to the end of the pry bar then redesign the 3d printed handle so you can make it strike through. That would be a dope modification to make.

Great info man! I will be ordering a kickstand and some tool orgnaization soon, your stuff looks sweet! Although after watching your video I'm a little sad because I just ordered a D1 and even though I do have quite a few other cars in my household I mainly ordered it for my LR3 and Discovery 2s! can you tell me why it doesn't work well or what it's missing for Discovery 2 stuff? I have a very difficult to diag misfire on my 04 that I was hoping to be able to get in a little deeper with this tool to figure it out.

Hey Boss, Since you want my opinion.. here goes. 1. The intricate designs will take you more time , cost more .... but Take your logo ..put it in hi viz again a good contrast for base color, say black with yellow TC logo...this logo is displayed when tool is NOT in it's slot. Your welcome. 2. Take your best designs of the more intricate designs and make a top end line.. Costs a little more but gets you the effect of innovation. 3. Lastly... I would recommend a "wedge " ..or keystone shape to interlock and make them tighter at the joints.. or run a pin to connect. Sincerely Kolbalt Cowboy.

If I must say the Autel in608 and the im506 are both originally Otto software rebranded as Autel thru licensing so I am gonna try the otofix oto is the original manufacturer it seems after the no compete clause in contract expires plus under inflation who isn’t looking for a budget edge. That why I hate when I read oto powered. By Autel that a lie Autel rebranded oto stuff from markets such as Australia. Oto is the original Autel is the brand knock off thru contract do your home work techs inflation is real

I Just put in an order for a few organizers today! I’m gonna review it and change all organizers in my tool box to these. Can’t beat the price either it definitely beats other brands out there.

How does this compare to the MS906 pro ts you own/owned? Since the TS has the TPMS functionality. Also do you notice the speed difference since the D1 has 2G of ram vs the 906 4G of ram?

Should have just picked up a 72 inch U.S. general tool box for 800 bucks.

Are the magnets in the base of the socket organizers strong enough to hold everything in place through a drawer liner? In your video I see you have it on top of a drawer liner but that's on top of your cart. Would like to know if they hold strong with a drawer opening/closing.

This is my very 1st time here, and you, sir, are a genius!! I've got to say, I'm so impressed by how innovative and creative your products are!! I love how many colors there are to choose from, and some of these products are the 1st of their kind. Very, very well done bro!! 👏 The astro organizer is pure genius!! The hanging ratchet organizer is great too! I hope you keep griwing your product line and keep coming out with new storage options. Great job man! I'd love to see a launch version of the D1 kickstand with dongle holder because my launch doesn't have a kickstand. I always thought it was stupid that any scan tool didnt have a kickstand or a spot to store the dongle. You should make a dongle holder for every scan tool too. I just used velcro with sticky tape. I also really like the socket organizer because you can make it as long as you want. Also, not sure if you're able to do this, but you should make some dope decals.

Questions/suggestions Do the low profile ratchet holders have magnets in them? Does the anvil touch the bottom of the drawer? The reason I ask is that I currently store my ratchets in a low profile drawer, but anvil up, and my larger 1/2" ones barely clear when opening and closing the drawer. Do you have, or will you have, any of the modular wrench holders that are xxl so they can hold the thick wrenches from Wright that are over 1-1/4"/32mm? Their beams start at 1"wide and 3/4" thick, and get wider and thicker as the wrench gets bigger, up to 1-3/8" wide by 1-1/8" thick on the 2-3/4" wrench. See this page for reference looking at columns F and G. They only have numbers once the size exceeds 1-1/4 and 32mm as all of them through that size have normal style beams. Are the magnets strong enough that they hold the tools in the holders, somewhat? Especially on the socket holders? Planning on making any wrench holders with a slope for S wrenches?

I started as a mechanic in 1964. The ONLY way you can ever win this battle is to join the teamsters union. I know if you say that word in a dealership you are fired. That just proves you are an "AT WILL" worker. We tried in the 60's and this still has not been solved. WHY do you have to be certified by the State if it does not mean anything. You are not lucky to work at a dealership, THEY are lucky to have you. Why is it that you have to join a union to be able to build the car, but not to maintain it. The teamsters union is the best because they cannot cross the line to deliver the vehicles when you are on strike. One thing I remember was the sales person would borrow my screwdriver and never bring it back. When I told him put a $20.00 on my toolbox (in 1965). He said it is not worth that. I told him you will probably return it then.

It ain't got nothing on Launch. For about $850, you can get a Launch PRO3S+Elite. It has everything this scanner has, plus tons of other stuff that this scanner doesn't have. This thing doesn't even come close!! The Launch has 10.1" screen, can graph up to 12 individual data pids, it has topology, DLC voltage check, CANscope, CAN bus pin detect, a kickstand, 60 hot reset fucntions, dual Wi-Fi, the ability to diagnose heavy duty vehicles, remote diagnosis, more ECU coding capabilities both online and offline, several more optional add on modules, and a J2534 pass-through device. It also includes launch fix connector, which is a database that includes relevant repair cases, electronic circuits, wiring diagrams, TSBs, information on vehicle repairs, and DTC help. It smokes anything else on the market right now except for the Autel maxisys ultra, which costs over $4,000. There is not a more professional, more capable, more reasonably priced scanner on the market right now. Ebay has them for the low low as well as Ali Express. Don't buy them from Amazon because they are overpriced.

I've been looking at all sorts of tool box organization kits. Others try to get a away with one solution for multiple uses and don't quite like that. I like how you have tailored your stuff, plus it's a one stop shop. I will be ordering very soon. Keep up the good work!
