for me, i don't really feel emotionally attached to the characters but the action in the manga is very cool and creative. the characters are fun and look cool too. overall it's fun to read the manga and see how each fight goes, so i hope the anime can do it some justice edit: also voice acting will probably be good, i recognize many VAs and the VA for sakamoto is gintoki! other than the action animation, it would help to have some great BGM/ost to go along with it and the trailer gives me some hope anyway, even after the anime airs, i hope you can give the manga a chance cuz the action/weapon details/panelling are all spectacular, probably the best in shounen jump rn at least.

Everytime a new character is introduced, no matter how calm or serious they look, I'm always waiting for them to eventually reveal themselves to be a massive dork, lol

Dan Da Dan is starting to be a masterclass in how to have fun with animation. You can't tell me that the story boarders didn't have a stupid grin on their faces when they realised what they could do with that entire sequence. It's so unashamedly joyful, silly, and over the top, that you can't but help laugh.

I'm not sure if Jiji is normally like that or if he's just acting up whenever he feels awkward. When he's alone with Momo he seems relatively normal, but when he's in front of strangers he just goes way over the top. Also, it was hilarious how he was flirting with that girl while in the background the teacher was saying how everyone should treat him nicely cause his parents were hospitalized.
