    CV Life 6-24x50 Max FOV 28' @ 100 yd Burris Fullfidld IV 4-16x50 Max FOV 26' @ 100 yd Their claims for field of view and magnification are not possible. My guess is it's closer to a 4-16×50 than a 4-20x50. On 24x at 25 yards i can see the edges but not the corners of a 12" target with my Weaver V24 (Japan). At 50 yards 20x is about as high as I can at my current skill level. I tend to chase the crosshairs above that as I haven't mastered breaking the shots between heartbeats.

    Not too bad? Such a frustrating experience! I finally had success when coming at it... keyboard face down plucking up and toward your face with a letter opener/thin blade... not down and toward your belly from the back side. Crazy ridiculous difficult over a $7 part. All tools should be super thin... maybe a lock pick tool? I finally got the rechargeable battery out but not without damaging the slider/panel all to Sh$%. Ultimately, the simple battery replacement worked like a charm.

    Far better than using those LAME High Mount INDIVIDUAL Scope Mounts that are Flimsy with only TWO Mounting SCREWS Per Ring (that will loosen too easily), I used a Low Profile ONE PIECE Cantilever Base on my 20" AR-15 Long Ranger Sniper Match Rifle! Each mounting Ring has SIX Hexhead Screws!. I can't afford a Vortex 6-24X x 50 as a retired senior Vet. and this scope is a damn nice "clone". With 77gr Hornady Boat-tail Match Ammo I get 4" groups a 1 Klick!

    Appreciate the video. First one I found, they guy failed to frame his view and all his prying was cut off so could not see what he was doing, but saw this one on the right side and at least it’s easy to see where to pry and how the holder clips in. I found I could slide my pick in the top side of the holder and sort of pry the holder along the top groove using a small flat head screwdriver against the pick instead of the housing. Also seems prying near corner until one end starts to release then going to the other side got the holder to almost pop out, it was a lot easier once that 1/8” or so was exposed. Next time I’ll just pry enough to get that groove exposed, then use a jeweler’s screwdriver to depress the latch pin on one side, wiggle it out a bit then depress the other side to fully release the latch pins.

    With those thump tabs for magnification just loosen the set screw and turn it

    • @kirika7787
      @kirika7787 Рік тому

      Actually that does not work that way. If you notice the magnification numbers are printed on the ring itself, the same ring the thumb push is on, the ring including the thumb push is all once piece. So if you loosen the set screw and move the ring around so the thumb push goes over the top you'd also be causing numbers not to align with the dot on the scope body. They'd end up under the bottom and you wouldn't be able to tell what magnification you have it set at. I have other CVLife scopes and love them, their thumb push on the power ring all go over the top like every other scope in the world. How they ended up with this one going under the scope I have no clue but they really need to fix it. It's a very nice scope and they now offer both this original model and a newer version with upgraded multi-coated lens optics for a few dollars extra. But this thumb push going under the body of the scope instead of over it and not going to a true 24x as advertised are both issues they should have resolved long ago along with the fairly crappy mounting rings they come with which is the source of most negative reviews on this scope, swap to good quality scope rings and it's a very nice scope that will hold a perfect zero as long as your ok with the magnification topping out more around 15-18x rather than the advertised 24x and this weird thing with the thumb push being in the wrong location causing it to go under the scope body. All they would need to do would be to rotate the power ring to the correct position before printing the magnification numbers on it, then mount it so it's aligned properly.

    Dude, you almost did it right, just from the wrong side. The best tool for it is a long finger nail, yes your read right or alternatively you can use a small flat screw driver. Slide the screw driver, fingernail or your guitar pick about 2mm on the TOP of the battery tray and NOT from the bottom, gentle press it downwards and pull it into your direction. NO scratches, no broken keyboard this way. The battery tray has a little carved line on the top which is made for it to use it... ;-)

It was cool chalk was still on the building. A step through time almost .. I think barwick was using it as a storage, because it had firefighters jackets and other equipment... Old huge fifhtfigter lights... The roof is damaged because a man was wanted the wood and found out it wasn't the wood he wanted... And just left it that way. Just a shame! I'm having a similar experience with replacement hydro boost from NAPA. The remanufactured unit was not assembled correctly so I returned it for refund as defective. When I read the instructions I flipped out because if I have to break open the old unit to move parts to the remanufactured I might as well get the repair kit from amazon prime. My kit arrived today and looks like the right one so I plan to replace the leaking seal and put back on the vehicle and hopefully no leaks. I feel your pain. Not sure how mine will turn out. I am watching other videos and from the other videos one had the thing explode for lack of a check ball after they did the repair themselves. Others have the pressure tank loose from the remanufacture. I guess when it comes to hydro boost if they give you something that you doubt take it back and get your money back and watch more videos and do more research before pressing on assuming you have time.

    I'm learning how to strip corrosion from aluminum from you, so I'll tell you how to clean your carb in 20 minutes. You will need small wrenches and straight sided regular screwdriver to remove main jet nozzle and a wire brush with needle nose or regular pliers to pull a single wire out of the wire brush AND to bend the wire 90 degrees to clean the small hole from the main tube to the small one.. The key to any carburetor are the air passages that draw fuel from the fuel passages. On the left side of almost all small engine carburetors is the low speed or idle circuit. This is small and most likely to plug up from dirt particles in regular operation or gum from old fuel. The air goes in the small hole 🕳️ in the front left side of the carburetor. You can always trace the passage for all circuits by studying the casting. Air flows from the opening of the carb small left hole all the way to the Carb in the cylinder side edge of the throttle plate. The low speed fuel circuit is the smaller of the two tubes in the bottom of the carb. The main circuit is the one that holds the bolt 🔩 for the bowl. In the side of the small tube you will see a steel bb. That's where the fuel feed for the low speed is drilled into the main tube. When you remove the main circuit nozzle out of the bottom of the big tube. Then you can access the always blocked passage from the main to low speed. The brass nozzle you remove will likely be gummed up if it won't run at all. The main fuel circuit has a primer circuit that feeds up to the center of the carb venturi by the throttle plate in the bottom of venturi on the cylinder side. Last thing, looking in the carburetor from the cylinder side there will be 3 small holes on the right side wall of the venturi, this is where the low speed circuit feeds in. Use the piece of wire you pulled out of the wire brush to clean all three holes. Take carburetor cleaner and spray through the idle circuit air feed on left venturi side wall of the air filter side. You will see it spray out of the three feed holes on the other end. It should also come out of the bottom of the big tube, all idle circuits are clean. Spray into the hole on the bottom of venturi, filter side. It will come out of the big tube. Do the same thing on the cylinder side for the same result. As for the main jet you can use the wire brush piece to clean the hole and the holes in the brass nozzle. Most low speed adjustment screws on the left front side looking at carb from the inlet (filter) side are tamper proof for emissions compliance. Sometimes you can remove the lock cap depending on the model to adjust the idle mixture. All engines today run just slightly too lean an air fuel ratio. Opening the low speed jet (counterclockwise) will increase the engine rpm and smooth out the engine. When the RPM stops increasing, the mixture is set. In a clean carb, it will not be more than half a turn CCW. You may have to turn the idle down a little bit depending on how lean it was. If your engine rpm hunts up and down it's because of a lean air fuel mixture. A spotless carb and a fresh valve job (better than factory) will usually run smoothly very lean, but I don't think we need to worry about valve jobs to forego a half turn on the idle mixture. That's it, zee end. If your engine still runs poorly or starts hard, rent a compression tester. Throttle wide open with 3 hard pulls. 90psi or above will run good. Less and it's valves or cylinder wear.

    this is dangerous and reckless. no offense intended, but you clearly don’t know what you’re doing. by using salt (sodium chloride) you are creating chlorine gas in what appears to be a small closed room. There are plenty of electrolysis videos out there that are good reference and nobody should be watching this for instruction. seriously… you should take this video down.
