hello, i have the same printer with printing probleme, how to acces at the maintenance mode, i would try to solve this problem?

I needed to know how to take the back off and insert the battery and how to insert the SIM card. I needed help unpacking and getting started.

WOW! THANK YOU! It worked! My HP Smart Tank 551 has been working pretty flawlessly since 2021. My reds were all Magenta, so I purchased some new yellow to fill up the tank. Printing a test, it was no better. So I searched for the Tri-Colour Print Head cartridge # M0H50A and it was extremely difficult to locate. Hmmm? Don't people replace the Print Heads? (Note - the X4E75A is the Black Print Head Cartridge.) In the last number of years, HP's web site has become increasingly useless with their videos, links, search tools for any instruction. And my experience with HP Tech Support has been especially frustrating. I thank you for your video. HERE IS WHAT I DID - I followed your instructions to centre the Print Head carriage. Brilliant. Finding out how to do this is also difficult to locate instruction. I took out the Tri-Colour # M0H50A Cartridge. I padded it slightly on a damp wet with water paper towel. I could see only the Magenta and Cyan and not the Yellow. I used a small 1" foam brush dampened with water to gently lubricate the print head screen. I tamped the cartridge onto the damp paper towel. Nothing - only two little strips of Cyan and Magenta. I used a paper straw and nestled it over the Yellow's opening and, lightly at first, blew into the straw. Nothing, the same results. I tried again and again. I had a bit of Yellow left from the Yellow refill and added a few drops into the Yellow's opening. This time the paper straw could snugly fit over the Yellow's opening. I blew a few times and still nothing. I figured a new Print Head was in my future, so emboldened and with nothing to lose now, I placed the Print Head Screen into a shallow dish of water. I swabbed the bottom with the foam brush. I dipped the Print Head Screen into the water. And I blew harder. Enough so that my blowing stopped. Huh. And then it loosed up. I then tamped the Print Head onto the damp paper towel, and voila - there was a line of Yellow along with the Magenta and Cyan. YAY! I let dry a little bit and reassembled. Turned on the printer. Press the combination of buttons on the printer's manual keyboard for a Print Quality Diagnostic Page. Press the Resume (arrow downward) and the Colour Copy buttons at the same time. At first everything flashed. I shut down the printer and started it again and pressed for a Diagnostic Page. YAY! Hello along with Cyan, Magenta and Black. THANK YOU for the clear, simple and instructive video. Very much appreciated. Maybe 20 minutes and $0.00 Now I wonder how many perfectly good printers have been trashed for the Lure of the New?

Blew out my magenta print head port with a very short burst of air from my shop air compressor. Was probably taking a big chance but it worked! I’m back to printing. Many thanks. Keep up the good work

Great video! I did have a lot of air in two of my chambers. Watching your vid a few times helped me not only fix my printer but find another solution that doesn't require the syringe. I removed one chamber at a time and took a 2 foot piece of rubber tubing that fit flush with the top of the reservoir opening. I used rubber gloves, a rag and a push pin that I shortened and flattened the tip on. I held the chamber in one hand with the rag and gloves and pushed the valve down on the cartridge valve. I held the hose in my teeth and pressed it to the reservoir opening and blew gently. The ink was pushed into the chamber from the reservoir and the air came out of the valve on the chamber. I couldn't get all the air out, but ran a print head cleaning operation twice and I was printing perfectly again.

I printed off three stripes of colour and identified the blue was the main problem. I had a previous Smart tank plus 559 in storage as the fedd is broken, and when your method din't fix the problem in my refurbished machine, I took out the print head from printer 1 (where the feed had broken) and popped it into refurbished machine 2, and I have one fully working machine again! I was on the verge of buying a new printer in frustration!

My yellow ink is also the problem! However, my printer looks slightly different in that it's the top part that raises and the printer head looks different so unsure how to get it out - it is a HP Smart Tank 7005

Instead of pushing ink into the container I usually use the syringe and pull the air and ink into it. Is there an advantage to doing it your way?

This worked, it fixed the problem on the first try! I had to shake up the ink cartridge and reinstall it, and it worked. THANK YOU!!

Thanks so much for this video, it saved me buying a new printer! I had recently bought a genuine waste toner box for my for my Brother MFC-9335CDW printer and it worked very intermittently with the message saying the waste toner being full (switching the printer power button off/on seemed to clear the message for a short period of time), until the message never disappeared after two weeks of use, which meant I could no longer print. The two plates were already touching together when opened the first cover, so problem there. The second cover was not loose or moving, but I decided to tighten the screw really tight and this WORKED! Please note that after doing this and re-installing the waste box immediately, the printer did not detect it initially and the message still appeared, but after coming back about 12 hours later, the printer has decided to recognise the waste box and I have not had a problem ever since. TL;DR: Tighten the second cover's screw really tight!

Finally! Error 203 popped up and gluing the pins did not help. The solution in this video seemed ok, but during printing the printer turned off and no longer turns on. I can finally throw this shit to the scrap yard. No more Canon.

Thanks so much! Finally, a way to get those stupid print-heads out when the printer just won't let you! My own cleaning tip was to soak the face of the print head in thin layer of isopropyl. (No immersion!) I then blotted it gently on a paper towel. (No wiping!) That got the head to around 90% clean, plenty enough for daily use.

Hey i figured out that the second white gear on the left inside from front to back if you crank it toward you it unlocks the cartridge panel so your free to move it without unplugging it and you dont have to remove anything just find the lever underplastic on top where he shows you i have a mb2720 you either push it up or down get in there and be gentle and dont be scared
