Ran into Justin outside of their store in Waipahu with my brother in law. I arrived an hour after they closed and Justin came out and asked if we wanted food. I thought he was going back inside to see what food he had left to sell. He came out with 2 bags of food on the house. Such an awesome and really genuine guy. He earned my business and I returned the next day.

I love his comments and insights into "American" cooking and how modern lifestyle over the past decades has changed the cultural cooking scene; and not necessarily for the better. Traveling to Italy and experiencing the food scene firsthand, he really hit the nail on the head imho.

I love charcuterie boards and will definitely check out Bubbly and Bleu. I found this episode fairly informative (wine-wise) and brought me back to the trip my late sweetheart and I took several years ago to Spain, Italy and France, enjoying the charcuterie markets, food and wine. I find Moani kinda funny and this episode was surprised that she didn't know (or recognize) what Calamansi was. Charcuterie being meats, it's too bad that Moani (being vegan) couldn't enjoy the various meat pairings on the board. These extended versions are hilarious and you should consider having more "confession sessions" cos it's amazing what a little wine will bring out lol.

I just finished watching the TV broadcast of this episode and was compelled to subscribe to your channel and watch this extended show. I have been enjoying wine for almost five decades and though am no expert, I have a fair knowledge of wines and the process of wine making (I've bottled my own wine several times). I also have been enjoying chocolate for a longer time (lol) and love dark (70+ cacao) chocolate, but this show really opened my eyes to the entire industry and product. Living in Kailua, I will make it a point to visit the Manoa Chocolate Company and hope to further expand my chocolate palette. Tamara was so knowledgeable and interesting and hopefully I will be able to meet her and her husband to get more insight into chocolate. Thank you so much for your shows!
