Hard is the highest one should reasonably go. It will suck at the beginning, but will gradually get better. Beyond that you're kind of expected to use bullshit hyperoptimised multiclass builds and metagaming. And all the animal companions you can have. You should go for Unfair only if you're into that sort of thing

What is going on you changed 70 of history, drezen never fell ? Does that means act 1 and 2 didn't happen ? What about the hidden rift under drezen that was built after it's capture by the demons? Is that still there ? How if drezen didn't fell ? So many questions?

I don't like the Aeon ending since you, well, die... Don't like that. They should offer a way for you to keep on existing as a judge.

There's a dialog option where he lets you smoke his pipe I thought, I got it in one save and went back to fix something and can't seem to get it again. It's been driving me nuts for no reason lol.

This is the biggest damn hero ending, in a weird way the noblest solution as well. The Angel path is all about self-sacrifice and dedication but it actually asks nothing of you, you never suffer for your cause the way others do, you never sacrifice like those in Pulura's Fall or suffer like Lariel, Targona or the Hand of Iomedae do. The Aeon path achieves more good than any other, it prevents wrongs from happening entirely but the cost of that achievement is deeply personal. People you care about die, or are so fundamentally changed they bare no resemblance to the people they were. And none of them remember you. You undo yourself and only one being in the universe even knew you existed and what you did for the countless innocents spared by your sacrifice. It is the most bitter sweet ending possible.

So this is what happens in the angel mythic path if you spared the gnome in act 2? So we aren't locked out of angel path specific quests?

This is so buggy for me, the scenes where you walk somewhere and hear her say something will sometimes just skip and I've tried multiple times but cannot get the dialogue option at the end to properly appear "You wanted me to end up here, didn't you? That's why you led me to find the crystal?" followed by the questions don't show up. I am Legend not Mythic and I'm also playing on a Mac...

If you're on the devil path, you can make him sell his soul to you on a written contract before going to the fight. This will automatically ensure his loyalty even if you screwed up your choices (I didn't I let him do what he wanted) because the contract has a provision against betrayals.
