Thank you. There is some issue with 16:9 ratio of video for Opal block. Seems the digging is for HT pole shifting, hope they install the new slim round shaped HT pole. Thank you for sharing this O72-O93 lane, i have been asking on many channels but Noone has shown even once this lane due to HT line.
Yes. There is some progress on HT line shifting, the digging you see is for new HT line pole. The foundation work was being done over the green belt for tbe pole. The new pole will be on the green belt in front of this lane. For the lane O73-O92, for most the work is done for basement only as work cant move up due to HT line. Hopefully they shift it soon over tbe green belt as now tbere is some work done for the new HT pole.
Ok and how about long term.Will it still remain there or the plan is to shift is completely…..I visited today and it is still there….
@@parveenkaishav1900 No it wont be underground ever though builder mentioned it will be underground while selling, it will be shifted only over the green belt. If has to be underground, it would have been underground by now in Signature proxima and Orris market 89 from where is passes through as well. The green belt is for this purpose only....Not for Green in the society.
@@Amit-li2gi That’s very surprising as they charged PLC for that green area….Do you know what will be the solution as living there with those wires will be impossible…

👍. This seems to be impacting O73-O92 lane. The construction will be delayed for this lane specifically, as seen in video the line is right above this lane. The construction cant move up till the line is underground.

OC will be rejected as the current construction is not as per original layout. 5 months since OC applied, will it take another 4 years for OC. Case is going on for the main entry and its a disputed property and will take another 3 years minimum for it to be resolved. 2. Will take years for possession. 3. Delayed by a year even after considering 6 month extension for Covid and 2 months construction ban for pollution. 4. Shopping center under construction. 6. As per affordable housing policy if the builder is not able to deliver the project in 4 years , the government should have undertaken the project and also forfeit 15% security deposited with government. 7. The delays in multiple projects will make this affordable housing policy a failure where people have paid 100% amount years back, paying EMI, paying rent but builders are enjoying interest on peoples money. 8. DTCP should take some strict action. 9. The original date as per builder for possession was July-August 2019. 10. Close to railway track with alot of criminal activity. 11. People want to see at throw away prices but there are no buyers. Not even selling at the base price.

I would request all Lotus Homz Buyers to have a meeting at the project location at 11am ( 6th March 2021). If you think you have time for your hard earned money that you have spent, we need to form a group/association now for current situation and future as well. Due to gate dispute, don't think OC is coming any time soon. Also, there is an update, there is an income tax raid at Builder for last few days. Act before its too late... No worries if you are okay with delay.........👍👍👍👍

It seems a very delayed project. ● The licence was issued in June 2014. ● The draw was held in 2015. ● They said will deliver by end of 2018. ● 4 years completed in 2019. As per affordable housing policy, the project should be delivered in 4 yrs after Allotement or EC 2019 in this case. ● The government extended 6 months for covid and 2 months for pollution ban. Considering this as well, the project was to be delivered by June 2020. ● The affordable housing has failed as almost 70% project are behind but they take 100% payment within 3 years of issuing allotement letters. This is the only guideline that is followed by them. The customers are waiting even after 2 years of full payment. ● The DTCP has not taken any action for these projects. Why they allowed to take 100% payment within 3 years while the construction was nowhere near. The payment clause should be linked to construction and not 3 years. ● Even after more than 5 years, the entry gate location has a dispute which will take years to settle. ● After 5 years, the shopping complex is not ready. ● As per builder, they applied OC in October 2020, then why its not issued. ● The building is not as per the layout submitted as the gate is not ready as per layout, shopping center is not ready, in name of street light few flood lights are installed. ● The OC seems will take years due to builder. ● Please check with DTCP Gurgaon to know the OC Status. ● SunCity Avenue 102 was launched in Nov 2015 and delivered in June 2020. Reputed builders deliver their project on time. Lotus homz launched in Aug 2015 but Noone knows when this disputed project will be delivered. Either the OC will be rejected as Gate entry as per Original layout is disputed and currently there is a permanent farmhouse or It will be compromised on Gate location and lesser area. The OC can be rejected if the project delivered is not as per original layout. Oct 2020 OC applied and still no update from builder.
