I have been using the original Orion 32 for years without issue. I think it has acted strange a couple times but was fine after power cycling. Recently had to jump through some hoops after doing an OS upgrade. But it’s been nothing short of reliable for the past decade. Also customer support has been pretty good. Occasionally slow to respond, but they have always come though. In terms of bang for your buck, hard to beat.

So how much did they pay you for damage control?

It has noticeably more clarity, but lacks a bit of Bass in the Bridge pickup. The neck pickup more than makes up for the tiny lack of bass in the bridge though. The tuners could use an upgrade too.

Unfortunately none of the crazy things that happened in social media was hearsay. This isnt a political discussion it was proven many many times to be fact. Luckily tho they got there ish together and have been really just kicking ass. Antelope plugins sound amazing honestly I have been debating switching from my 3 x series appolos but I've already invested almost 15k on that ecosystem and I'm slowly moving over to Dante for everything. But antelope is such a amazing investment in interfaces in today's world

What do I do after I’ve recorded a song with professional musicians? How do I get it in front of people? How do I give it a fair chance at success?

A mic’ed acoustic sounds so much better than any dinky sounding acoustic pickup.

Does yours have direct outs so you can use all of the channels individually? I have a 2 channel rack-mounted PM1000 strip and am considering just getting the full board but I cant find one with direct outputs. Thanks!!

The ‘91 is special. Playing them myself in a room I usually go for rosewood b/s guitars, but for tracking, mahogany + mic = recording delight.

Hi. How to deal with snare buzzing that is triggerd by amps? It can really get extremely loud at some tones/chords.

Cut back on the intros, get to the point of the videos brother. All love man.

Guitar wood doesn’t add to tone, except in the fret board. Pickups are usually the biggest contributors.

The problem everybody I knew had problems and they were in the repair shop a lot. They just ran to hot. I don't mean warm either. They got smoken hot and just couldn't take running 3 to 4 hours a gig. We are talking the 60's models. I still have my 50 watt Marshall and it still sounds great. Running a Fryette Power Station. Just crank the 50 and run the volume from the station. If I want the chime I use my Zwreck. I also think the new AC30's sound good but the heat problem has me gun shy and the Zwreck sounds great. Recall sucks on a console. However my ears love an analog summed mix compared to itb. Something about electronics vs an algorithm.

The 2001 Mahogany to me. Is more mellow and balanced to my ears. I own a 2023 J-45 Standard and love the guitar. ❤
