this is defenitely a product that works best when plaque/buildup isnt too severe yet and when it goes hand in hand with other dental care! over the last few days ive been looking up reviews for Plaque Off on a bunch of different websites and there seems to be a common theme: -People who already do dentalcare with their dogs, thus have relatively clean teeth, or simply started when the dog was still young, seem to have a lot of success with this product! -While people whos dog already has a lot of build up, maybe its a senior and were hoping for a magical solution to avoid getting their dogs teeth professionaly cleaned, might be dissapointed! my boy is going onto 3 years and while we try to brush his teeth regularely there are some hard to reach spots. and as the owner of a relatively timid sighthound, i try not to turn toothbrushing into an unpleasant experience for him! he does very well with brushing but also im not trying to push it. so i hope this can give us a little boost, since it would go hand in hand with other dentalcare routines! my Childhood dog, a feisty Jack Russel Terrier girl sadly had terrible teeth when he was a senior and it really worsened her quality of life, especially in her final year. so i hope to do everything i can to keep my boy from having a similar experience! anyways i ordered the small bottle for now and im excited to see how this goes! if i remember to do so, i will update this comment in a few months and leave my own personal experience!

My main issue with this is the price. I've seen anywhere from £27 to £40 for just 180g! There's nothing special in the ingredients to justify that price, so I'd recommend just buying the seaweed/kelp powder by itself. Gold Label sells the exact same type (Ascophyllum Nodosum) at £10.99 for 500g, or around the same price for 2kg if you buy the version sold for horses (literally the exact same stuff).

For my mini doxie girl, they only need a half a scoop. We get the smaller tub so we don’t waste product. They don’t mind this sprinkled over their raw food at all. I still brush there teeth but I have noticed that the plaque build up brushes off more easily. I definitely think this product work. Prior to my current pups I had a Shih-Tzu mix who had to have all his teeth removed at 10, so when I got these girls oral hygiene was very important to me. I've used this on my dog religiously since she was a pup, she is now 14 and her teeth are in a state. She has to have them cleaned (some removed) under gen anaesthetic soon. I don't know if her teeth would be worse without having used plaqueoff or if it's just done sweet fa all these years.

My little Latte, over 11 years we were together. SO beautiful, smart, playful and always wanted to please us. Very active but also very chill, happy to lay on your lap or go for hour long walks and agility training. Very low shedding, went to the groomers every quarter or so, loved to be brushed, kissed and talked to. Best dog ever, once I heal I will get another Maltese.

I had my Maltese girl for nearly fifteen years when she passed. She was my baby! I loved her so much and she loved me. She snuggled up to my back in bed. She was so lovable and loved opening her gifts at Christmas!
