I think Veronica’s reaction is a bit passive aggressive. I think it would better if she addressed the yelling when it first happened. She could have said, “I don’t appreciate you talking the way you’re talking right now. I’m going to leave the meeting, when you are calm we can talk”. On the other hand, it would take a lot of courage to do that. Maybe Veronica approach is better since it gave her 24 hours to cool off,

Whoever makes these videos is ridiculous and whoever believes this garbage is gullible. Most states are adopting the "employment at will" laws and workers can and are fired for any reason at any time. Pretending these little videos work at all is doing a big disservice to employees who are better off using their time to form unions and contact their local politicians.
This is why I always speak to management when I have an amazing experience with a customer service representative... I feel like they should know when an employee is am asset for their company by being kind, professional, and patient. I really try to be understanding while I'm on the phone with customer service bc I know they're attacked daily; i report the great experiences i have so the company management will hear about the wonderful experiences, instead of only hearing 'bad' stuff about their employees every day
A lot of People tend to lie a lot to customer service either to get something for free or to just throw a fit because they messed up and didn't like someone telling them that it's their fault

working for 6 years in custormer service now. Never have i had it happen that a team coach would pull up a call and let a customer listen along. that would be against so many privacy laws in my country..
As a service advisor I had a customer who did this. Amex Platinum cust service. This is exactly how she said it was there. They’d bend over eight kinds of backwards for the cardholders, but if they got like this they were dealt with. Needless to say she was an epic customer. Always came in with a Starbucks for me. Small present at Xmas. She knew the power of a handwritten letter, and more the once sent things to the owner. Having done all that, there was one bad experience for her with a salesman. That too got a handwritten letter, and trust, it was dealt with.
I use to work a market research company that always went with clients and wrote us up for every little thing when the customer complained. They needed this policy! but they were shut down so ooppppps!
I worked at a job where you were required to come in 15 minutes early for a shift briefing. It often made us late relieving the next shift. Resulting in us being relieved late. When the union heard of this they demanded we get paid for the time.
Oh man! Where’s the shady dudes in the office that try to steamroll other departments or CTOs that lie to their staff about their big ideas that never happen?

Soooo ... I've been yelling at customer service lately 👉👈 I promise, I don't use entitlement language (i think). It's the ineptness that they have. Examples: 1) I am explaining issue A in detail. So they ask, "So you have a problem B?" Did I not speak in English? 2) I suggest a solution. The rep I am speaking to cannot carry it out. I have to wait for the "back office" to call me back. Back office calls back, I have to talk to customer service again to correct a clerical error that they made before back office can resolve the issue. 3) Most recently, giving me wrong/outdated instructions. I had to puzzle it out and it still didn't work. Wasting my time when it is a back office capability ... THAT'S WHY I CALLED!! If I could do it on my end, why would I call for help?!! 4) Taking a long time between replies deciding on which script to use based on what I just said. When they finally do reply, it's irrelevant to what I had just detailed out or asking for the info I had literally just detailed out. 5) The discovery of, "No, I can't help you because that is someone else's job." Then WHY are you trying to triage my problem? I have detailed my issues from my the start. Why waste my time troubleshooting when it was obvious you can't resolve it? Say that in the first place! It sounds more incompetent fixing a problem you're not capable of fixing in the first place. Basically it's a lot of runaround I don't need. My ideal experience was from yesterday: Bot: Missing this item? Looks like status was updated too soon. Please, wait 24 hours for delivery. Me: I want a real person. Real person: Can I help you? Me: What evidence do you have it has not been delivered? Do you have tracking? Real person: (Long pause ...) How would you like your refund? 👏👏👏

The amount of lies that people come up with because they didn't get what they wanted is crazy. It's even worse when you have a boss like my previous one, that believes some of it and just pats the customer on the head. Unbelievable
