He found us and offered himself as a free gift in atonement for our transgressions. He left the 99 for us

This is one of the best songs I’ve ever heard! I have mistreated God and even called Jesus nasty names because I was so angry.My life is so much better than when I did that. I have autism and for decades no one understood me and my sensory issues were severe partly as a result of a medication that made me worse when I was 11 .and lying term results were that loud noises hurt and I was enraged over trigger sounds .They now call this misophonia . I was not diagnosed with autism until I was 40 in 1992. For decades I often felt bad in strange ways but didn’t know why and doctors at what was one of the best mental hospitals had no explanation.Most of my treatment was aimed at trying to get me to act normal .That was the only treatment that existed anywhere. I was lucky though Where I was had a school and there was no seclusion rooms or restraints and there was plenty of staff and TLC .It was a luxury compared to most psych facilities.and meds were not used much.I only had meds for a little over a year.If I had been medicated for several years I doubt I’d even be here I never could have gotten out of institutionbecause I wold have regressed. I was able to finish high school and have a full time job 22 years and than,when work was to much I got social security and was able to attend autism and disability conferences .I was the Ugly Duckling discovering she was a swan.That is how people treated me at the conferences and I made some good friends and people bought my drawings and that made me feel special.It was like the State of Pennsylvania made me their unofficial autism poster child .I met someone in Pennsylvania that worked for the state and they were able to give me free trip to Everyday Lives conference .all these people in Pennsylvania and me from KANSAS .There were quite a few people with disabilities that came probably with their families .They all felt welcome .People wanted to make their lives better . Someone I met there helped me write my bio. It is HELLO STRANGER,My Life on the Autism Spectrum .When you know where I’ve been you’ll know why I am so grateful for this song . I’ve had severe anger issues and I can relate to what the writer compared himself to such as I’m Judas’s kiss and the guy who called out crucify .BUT GOD BLESSED ME AND GAVE ME SO MANY GOOD THINGS AND I met a naturopath in 1980 who helped me a lot and told me what I was ashamed of was not my fault .I was abnormal from birth but in my teens my therapist said I has chosen to be mentally ill . The devil used Sigmund Freud to blame patients and families and desperate people bought it because there were no answers . Most of history mentally ill written off.No preborn child in womb has the cognitive skill to choose anything and no one would choose mental illness. People fear insanity more than death!!!. autism is neurological so it isn’t considered a mental illness.Thank you Jesus for shooting down the schizophrenia diagnoses I got in childhood . Autism diagnoses at age 40 was like being told my sins were forgiven .It removed a lot of shame . Sigmund Freud committed suicide .not the guy we should go to for mental health services .Mentally ill people need love not meds or to be told they want to be that way..We need to plead the blood of Jesus and pray for people to be delivered from mental illness .It is usually a bloodline curse from previous generations .that the patient and family don;t even know about. THANK YOU JESUS FOR THIS SONG . Thank you for inspiring it .

I've heard this song, along with a few others while in prison a couple times and everytime, I'd turn them up as loud as my little state radio would allow. I've been out of the joint for a week now in program, and wow, this picks me up whenever life has me feeling down/overwhelmed. So grateful to have positive music on demand again💙
