I never seen the movie but heard so much of it recently. I had to wait for 5 minutes to see some of the interiors! 😭 I would have loved to see a little selection of the interiors in the beginning of the video. I like the series. I loved the interiors in Bright Star, Confessions or Only lovers left alive.

The plad drapes work better with your faux eggplant wall panels which sets the tone for the room. If you're set on those cream drapes, I suggest you repaint those panels cuz the contrast is just too jaring. And you really should reconsider the positioning of that desk. It sticks out like a sore thumb.

I hope no one kills me, but I have never seen the movie! Now I think I should and from the looks of it and the cast, I think I will enjoy it. Perhaps you know this but when you mentioned the dishes displayed above the kitchen sink I saw what you were speaking of. This is actually an old fashioned way of drip-drying your dishes. You wash them below and simply place them in the slotted holder to drip water back into the sink below leaving you with lots more counter space. I like the theme of your channel and liked, subscribed and am looking forward to more!

That really is my dream house. I was so sad when I found out it wasn’t real. They did such an amazing job creating the perfect witch house.

In November of 1998, for my 18th birthday, a few friends and I went to a local movie theater to watch this movie. I had previously read Hoffman’s book numerous times, and the movie adaptation quickly captured my heart as well. Although, it’s worth noting that there are quite a few differences between the two. Now I’m nearing 44 and have been able to share the ‘Practical Magic’ nostalgia with my own daughters, who very much remind me of younger Sally and Gillian Owens. ✨

Interesting...I have not seen the movie, but I love Victorian houses, and have lived in a few different ones in my life, and would love to have one of my own. That kitchen is unreal beautiful! I have never seen a real kitchen that over the top perfect in my life. Love it.

The house was facade, the garden was fake plants. The interiors was just sets. It was a lovely house, and there are real Second Empire style houses out here.

I will build that house one of these days. I fell in love with it years ago and it is still so beautiful.
