Z71 also has skid plates and 4 speed transfer case. With that you can opt for hill decent, and locking differentials. Regular 4x4 has 2 speed transfer case for 4auto, 2wd, and 4hi only, no 4 low.

They should all come with a place to attack a chain to lock it up and secure it, can’t leave them outside unless you have chains and good locks That’s why I only buy the ones with a frame around them to chain it 😊

I have a 2k. Broke it in correctly. Changed the plug immediately. Been running for years. Starts first or second pull. Saved my beacon (literally) a few times.

Dont walk. Run. Mine wouldnt peoduce anywhere near 5k..wouldnt run anything in house house my 5kw generac had no issues. Incould even run a window unit. not this piece of shit. It leaked oil and sometimes gas. We had a huge power outage here in Louisiana and mine burned down after running just my fridge overnight. It sucked ao bad i installled a whole home B&S unit. Had engine for 2 weeks and HF denied warranty because i couldnt prove i didn't burn it down. Ended up getting refunded through my Credit card. If you value your home and your family safety buy a real standby unit.. or you might loose everything like i almost did..i almost lost my birds, documents, many precious memories and my little girl had she knowj to foke downstairs and test the handles when the whooq house was full of smoke. Amoke from unit went into eaves and my attic is vented so AC and my bathroom vents picked it all up and filled house. 😊

Switch your LS2 intake to either a stock LS6 or by yourself a fast 90/90 try to find the old school one that somebody selling the old school ones flow better than the new ones for some reason a lot better when I switch my and take out for the fast the LS2 would only go 1350 at 106 was the fastest I can get it I put a tune on and switch the intake stock throttle body the car went ET12.80 at 113 MPR just switching the intake and tune

Get rid of the LS2 intake it is horrible go with the either an old-school fast or get yourself a stock LS6 and Port it it will outflow the LS2 hands down GM made the LS2 intake flow not as good as the LS6 because GTOs at the time we're keeping up with 05 06 C6 Corvettes

I have one only ever used propane got 562hrs on it runs like a top. 99% of the problems are gas related. Modern high efficiency engines require 91 octane or better AND a fuel stabilizer. It's not a gen problem It's a shit fuel problem. If ever using a generator for emergency back use only run propane / natural gas. You can store 20-30lb tanks indefinitely without going bad. It will not clog up a fuel system or any of the common problems.
