Switch your LS2 intake to either a stock LS6 or by yourself a fast 90/90 try to find the old school one that somebody selling the old school ones flow better than the new ones for some reason a lot better when I switch my and take out for the fast the LS2 would only go 1350 at 106 was the fastest I can get it I put a tune on and switch the intake stock throttle body the car went ET12.80 at 113 MPR just switching the intake and tune
question here, have an 09 g8 gt 6.0 looking to switch out the throttle body with the ls3 gold blade, you said you had no problem with he ls3 throttle body on the ls2?
@badgoat6660 did you add an adapter? only ask because my stock tb is 92mm and obviously going up to 102mm. thanks for replying too, first guy on UA-cam that responds to my question, much appreciated.
@flaviocastro1247 no adaptor plug and play the only difference between the silver blade and the gold blade is the direction that the throttle body crancks open.
Get rid of the LS2 intake it is horrible go with the either an old-school fast or get yourself a stock LS6 and Port it it will outflow the LS2 hands down GM made the LS2 intake flow not as good as the LS6 because GTOs at the time we're keeping up with 05 06 C6 Corvettes
Love the channel I'm on Arizona too! Tucson area. I have a GOAT as well. 6 speed though. But I've always loved an auto with a good stall converter. Once you turbo. That will be insane

Same color as my '05 but I got a proper 3-pedal and is not a drag car but setup for road course.

What benefits are do you get with putting on a LS3 Throttle Body?

This goat has a LS3 intake manifold with ls9 heads.
I can beat new 5.0s and camaros with this set up😁
