You should've separated the jar's during the emission-phases so that they aren't exposed to the frequencies/words during the sessions.. If the jar's are exposed to the same sounds with a sligthly different intensity than it should be clear that the results aren't as visual as expected.

Fear of loosing loved one is the worst 😢 I know I can’t stop it from happening at the same time I can’t bare it when I see my loved one ( grandma 👵) in pain . For me , I will just start blaming and blaming to the point my eyes are red . All I can ask to god is few more happy years

a trick that's helped me personally is imagining what that person is doing right now. Assuming your having anxiety because they're commuting or are in an unknown location (like on a trip, etc), imagine what you think they're *actually* doing right now, removed from your thoughts bias. It's true you can't know for certain, but imagine for a second you could and you know exactly how they look and what they're doing. Seeing how your partner/loved one/etc is likely just stuck on the interstate calmly driving or waiting at TSA is oddly grounding and has helped in preventing me from spiraling.

I don't get it why they label Filipino, Indonesian and Malay as one race Filipinos totally different ethnicity..Filipino mostly came from native taiwan and of chinese and Austronesians with little spanish in them. While Around 95% of Indonesians are Native Indonesians (formerly grouped as "Pribumi"), primarily of Malanesian descent, with 40% Javanese and 15% Sundanese forming the majority, while the other 5% are Indonesians with ancestry from foreign origin, such as Arab Indonesians, Chinese Indonesians, Indian.. the same as Malaysians.

I think you guys didnt notice a major different because you guys were already productive and attentive to begin with. But for people like me, i have mild ADD, its been a couple of days since taking Brainzyme and I've noticed the effects already. Much more energy, a bit more attentive at work and at getting chores done and feel generally motivated. Hopefully the longer I take it the effects become bigger.
