Very simple thanks. I have setup T212 with a stocks but plan to put 80% of my investment in S&P500 ETF , ishares tech ETF (doubling down on tech) and FTSE all world ETF. Just deciding how to split the ratio between the three? Any tips?

You have saved up 40k deposit for house, knowing what you know now do you think it’s better to invest the money or look to buy? if I looked to buy I’m basically going to paying more then double what my rent is now and be paying the mortgage up into my early 60s and simply leaves me with not much money after bills etc……. Great videos and full of useful information. I have just recently opened up a JISA with HL for my daughter, and transfered my work place pension over to an AJ Bell SIPP. But now just choosing the right funds / ETFs to put my investments into. Although there are some ETFs that I like, I am not sure weather just going with the AJ Bell adventurous fund is the better option. Yes I know the fees would be higher but at least there is an expert overlooking the fund. What is your opinion on the AJ bell funds?? Are they just safer and easier just to use, or would you consider investing in them and then some separate ETFs.

Sp 500 is a good choice, just be careful with the over exposure to tech. I did the sp 500 until recently and switched to a global fund because it feels like the ai bubble may burst soon

Thank you for the videos you have produced this year - they are well presented and easy to follow, especially for those starting out on their investment journey. I have VUSA at the core of my investments but do like to invest in individual stocks too, primarily REITS. Maybe a video on the latest REIT orientated ETF’s would be good in 2025 ? 🤔

Could you please do a video on ETF fees. Although I hold ETFs, I often wonder how would the fee be applied if, say, you only hold an ETF for a few months.

I also have ISAs with Barclays Smart Investor and Trading 212. Like you most of my wealth is with Barclays; and even though there is a small fee it's worth it as there are other benefits (with enough invested you become a Barlcays Premier client with access to preferential mortgage rates, and other benefits). I'm using my Trading 212 ISA to build a new 100k pot just for fun.
