Simeon is one of the most well written and evil villains out there. This guy maybe up there with Heath Ledger's Joker and "Death" from Puss in Boots 2. It's quite disturbing on how sadistic and methodical he is.

The thief character is useless, it makes no difference if he sneaks in or not, immediately afterwards he fights with the staff and the house owner who, by the way, also discovered the "master thief".

Cyrus is smart and perceptive, yet lacks self-awareness. It’s amazing how easily he can understand Primrose’s feelings for Simeon and yet not once pick up on Therese’s love for him

This is exactly what I was hoping to find. This is the first Chapter 2 that I'm playing in OT, and I really didn't want to reload all of the saves to see these interactions. Still... I did want to see them all, while the chapter was fresh in my memory. Thanks for the organized uploads, many years in the future!

I love these banters because it's the only time we really see the 8 characters interact with each other. Apart from that, they're just along for the ride in the individual stories.

I almost wish the conversations were more… I’m not even sure. Right after they escaped the prison was Ophilia’s darkest hour; the moment when the most trusting person in the party doubted her own sister. But by the end of the banters, she’s back to her usual self and using exclamation points at the end of sentences. I honestly don’t know what else the party would have done besides encourage her, and it would be out of character for her *not* to rebound quickly, but part of me wishes that they had leaned into the heaviness of that moment a bit more.

I don’t buy Tressa’s canon age.

The merchant and the thief are like two sides of the same coin. One gains profit honestly and the other illegally. That another reason why have Tressa and Therion side job/side class as thief and merchant.
