Big thanks for checking king out the video and sharing your experience. I have the Hoka Bondi and they’ve e been pretty good. I haven’t noticed the soles deteriorating any faster and they seem to hold up pretty well compared to most shoes.🤷🏾‍♂️

Big thanks for checking out the video and sharing your experience. I’m not the biggest fan of the Cloud 5’s or the Cloud X3’s, I think they’re fine. But I think ON shines when the shoe sole is a little thicker like with the Cloud Surfers, Cloud Stratus, or even Cloudmonster. Give a pair of Cloud surfers a try and lemme know what you think?

That’s awesome! I’m so glad you found a solution to your pain. It seems a good pair of shoes makes a world of difference. I will say that I didn’t have the best Hoka’s for comparison in the video. The Arahi are a little firmer but I also have a pair of Hoka Bondi that I really like. I still think my ONs are more cushioned but it’s certain styles with thicker shoe soles that are soft like the Cloud Surfer, Cloudmonster, or Cloud Runners. I haven’t had issues with durability but many people have mentioned issues in the comments.

I keep trying new Balance but haven’t taken the plunge and bought a pair yet. I gotta get a pair of Fresh Foams. As for on I think the more cushioned options like the Cloud Surfer or Monster are some of my faves.

However, if you don’t have a need for stability model, I think there are more comfortable options from Hoka. Unfortunately I haven’t tried the Rincon 3, but I can say both the Clifton and Bondi offer great comfort options for a new runner.

Big thanks for checking out the video and taking time to comment! I’ve tried on the Ultra Boost a couple of times doing in-store comparisons but I haven’t owned a pair for an in-depth comparison. Based off of first impressions I would say that both Hoka and ON are comparable to the Ultra Boost. I think the ON’s are the softest in my opinion but it’s the styles with thicker shoes soles like the Cloud Surfer, Cloud Stratus, or Cloudmonster is where ONs are most cushioned. I think if you like the Ultra Boost it’s worth trying out both ON and Hoka. They’re all very well cushioned and the difference is in nuance and personal preference. I hope this helps!

Yes the playground was installed after our visit. 😕🤣 I’m sure it’s a great addition, the property definitely needed one. Still we enjoyed our visit to the Grande Vista. Have you tried the Harbour Lake? Great property to visit with a 3 year old. (Can totally understand preferring Grande Vista, but Harbour Lake is really great for the little ones)

I respect the Mach 3, it def gets the job done and is not terribly priced. But I also really like the Gillette labs, it works well for me both smooth and efficient. Fortunately, no irritation. Huge thanks for checking out the video and sharing your experience!

But that’s not always the case and sometimes you can get pretty great savings with 3 rd party bookings including the hot rates. It’s worth taking time to compare a few websites. And yes the hot rates aren’t refundable but often time 3rd party bookings are cancellable too.

I like a good safety razor too. My combo of choice is the Merkur 34c with a Feather Blade. But honestly I find cartridge shaving easier. But agreed the safety razor is definitely the most economical solution. Huge thanks for checking out the video and sharing good info!

@@fitnessnbeer9835 cartridge is easy to shave? totally not my expirience (to be fair, i used cartridge systems only a handfull of times) found it always really hard to get good contours, always needed a lot of passes, got irritated skin and it was kind of difficult to get the right pressure...

Yes it’s a big property but it is totally walkable. The resort map may help, but finding your way around without it is possible. For a visit with small children I like the Marriott Harbour Lake best, lots for kids to do and overall the property has a good vibe for families. I hope this helps! We have a three year old son and we absolutely LOVE Grande Vista! They have a great fully-fenced playground that is the perfect size for toddlers and preschoolers (and older kids as well), and it is walkable. This month, we stayed at Marriott's Harbour Lake resort, but we're actually coming back to Grande Vista in a few weeks because we love it the most. Harbour Lake does have a putt-putt course and soccer field, as well as a great splash pad and pirate ship pool, but we think Grande Vista is just as great for families with young children because of the pools and playgrounds. Plus, the resort just feels so peaceful -- the bridge over the lake adds to the ambience! You can't go wrong with either, though. Marriott resorts never disappoint!

New Balance are pretty great but don’t like the Ghost Max better, they’re stiffer in my opinion. All still good shoes, guess it’s just a matter of preference.

In my opinion, yes it’s better than the fusion 5. It’s more efficient and comfortable. But I don’t know if it’s so much better that it’s worth the price difference. The New Balance Fresh Foams and Nike Invincibles are great shoes. But yes I think ON Cloud can compete with both. The On Cloud Surfers or Monsters are both well cushioned. With ON I like the models with thicker shoe soles better.
