I made a CUSTOM leather collar for my cat . . . then he ran away
Переглядів 2 тис.Рік тому
I decided to dive into the world of leather-working and make a custom collar for my cat. Things didn't go quite as I expected . . . 0:00 backstory 1:04 intro 2:03 the design 2:42 list of materials 4:38 making the collar 19:07 reveal
I love the summer cool colors on you. But both the winter and summer cools are beautiful on you. Your face just really shines and pops with summer cool to me. The mauve 😍 and navy 😍
You do not seem like a winter at all..
Outdoor cats shouldn’t have a collar like that. They can get caught on a twig or something and not be able to get away. They need a collar with some kind of stretch, elastic or something. They also get lost very quickly when they are in a new spot they go a certain distance and then cannot find their way home, especially if they chase a mouse. These are things to consider when you move and have an outdoor cat another option would be to put a microchip in your pet.
Great job, very informative and clear explanation thank you so much! ❤️. I would love if you made a video and took us shopping with you, or on how you choose clothes based on your colour palette and it would also be great if you do an analysis of hair colour.
The warm and cool blues are definitely wrong
Hmm can I say based off my wardrobe and what I get compliments on I’m a deep autumn…. And I definitely steal from winter deep
I really appreciate this video and your instruction. A critique - the background music at the beginning is extremely distracting and makes it hard to concentrate on what you are saying. Something more soothing would make it easier to stay focused on what you’re saying.
Please don’t ever give a gift back! What kind of person ask that? You gave time love etc keep the earrings as a reminder of what his true self is. So you don’t go back Just my 2 cents
I do NOT sew, however, this was oddly relaxing and the end result is great!!! You are a natural educator and very inspiring…
This was the best breakdown/explanation ever!!! Thank you 😊
Ive been told my veins are green/ blue so i guess im a neutral. Ive been told im both a dark winter and dark autumn.
Uh doesn’t warm blue have more yellow in it, meaning it’s more green, whereas cool blue has more purple? Huh? Have all my years learning art been wrong ..
Naturals feel "cold" when you touch them. That makes it easy to distinguish
I couldn’t watch the whole video because it was too long and the background music was annoying, sorry but your overall complexion looks like cool summer, not sure about cool part but summer for sure
Love the video, but I'm not sure how you determined which colors to get at the paint store. Did you match them to an existing guide? For someone who doesn't study colors, not sure where to start. The paint aisle is overwhelming.
Winter is too intense. You are summer
this is the first color analysis that I completely understood and therefore was able to match your conclusions. appreciate that you took your time showing all the colors and flipping between them as it helped me separate the bias I had toward colors I just generally prefer from what actually looks good in this specific context. finally feel like I could actually try this for myself!
This was such an educational video but sadly I'm still nowhere near finding my season 😂 I feel like I just don't have a season. It feels impossible to know which colours suit me (I've done similar method to yours but with solid coloured clothes instead of the color papers, I might give this a try one day if I feel like I have the energy 🥲😅). The only colours that I can say look good on my is a cool toned darker brown, coral pink and a little muted medium blue. All those colours are from different seasons and I'm also medium value with a neutral undertone. I've watched so many videos about this and while this video has been the best honestly, I feel like at this point I just don't have a season and that's that 😅 At least I've determined a few colours that _don't_ look good on me so I guess I'll just construct my own season slowly as I learn new colours that do/don't suit me.
Thank you so much! I am going to do this with my mom and all my friends haha
Excellent video ❤
I always feel like I’m stealing paint chip samples too when I want them for a non paint project Even though they’re free!
Had to come down to the comments to say WOW this was such a well made and detailed video. I learnt way more about colour theory as well as how it applies to fashion/clothing than any other video. Plus, you're such a lovely and genuine person! 100% a great find in the depths of UA-cam. Can't wait to try this myself. Keep up the great work!!!!
It’s very obvious before you even start with the colours that you’re cool
This is genius! Running to the paint store now 🏃🏼♀️😂
Thank you! I really love this 💕🌈
Randomly came across your video. Great presentation . By the way …I’m in London UK, 👋 Anyway, I loved that you collected all the paint swatches. What a great idea ! Will look for more of your videos and subscribe!
Absolutely beautiful dress, gorgeous fit! Thank you for the detailed process from beginning to end. I really enjoyed it! I wonder if you would recommend a channel for basic sewing skills 😊❤
Really interesting! Thank you for the in depth analysis. The idea of taking a swatch of my best colors whenever I go shopping would really help me cut down on the time it takes to find the right things. Great idea!
Thank you. This is very useful information.
Maybe it’s the way the colors look on the screen but I think summer was far better. The winter colors are just too much. I could very well be wrong though
Without watching the video I believe you look like a cool tone, you have a lot of contrast so I would guess a winter season. But not Deep Dark Winter. Now to watch the video!
Tour Process was so thorough anni create. I’ve watched many colour analysis videos and yet this one managed to win my undivided attention. Yay Winter cool!
I think you were spot on for you colors except 1. I think winter bright is better on you! You skin glows with it! I don’t think you should give the earrings back if they were a gift!
Cool video! Thinking about doing this! Did you use a mirror or a viewfinder? I noticed some youtube channels say colours aren't always accurate in viewfinders. I wonder if it negatively effects the results or makes it more easy to tell how colours look with your skin tone
Just love it.❤
I’m gonna try this! Thanks for this excellent video!
OK, at my very first look at you...I think Snow White! With the very dark hair and fair skin... So I'm saying TRUE WINTER...but we'll see!
OK after watching the whole video...I agree with your color analysis!
Yay! Amazing :)
Make the rounding at the top of your sleeve pattern less steep and narrow but instead flatter, less high and bit wider. Cut the rounding at the armpit ( of the garment) a bit more inward: note that this is always a little more in the front panel than the back panel. That will improve your fit.
I always thought I was a true Autumn, I also typically loved the colours of autumn. The veins of my underarm appear more green. However, my undertone according to your example that I tried to follow with fabrics and clothing, indicates more a cool undertone. I'm not through the whole analysis yet.
This video is fantastic! Your preparation, editing, and explanations are so appreciated. I’m studying this video!!!
Best breakdown I've seen. TY! I'm also an artist and art school grad. I get the color bias. I'm totally going to do this. I am Mexican American and Native Chicasaw, so I suspect I'm on the opposite side of the color /season wheel than you.
Beautiful upcycle! Thanks for sharing your talent. And the gorgeous phofrom your trip.
You've done a great job explaining. Thank you
Love it! 😍
I think this is one of the best colour analysis videos i have seen, i overall think you are summer cool but winter cool equally nice
Hey, I accidentally stumbled upon your channel through that color analysis video. I just wanna say there is something very congenial about you, this energy of childlike goodness mixed with intelligence and capability, all that is definitely shining through in your videos. Keep up the lovely work and I wish you all the best in 2025! Cheers from Croatia!
Not sure you are accurate
This has been the best color analysis video I've watched to date and I've watched way more than is sane. You did a University level amazing job. Thank you.
Such a fun video! I do a lot of thrifting and often look for fabric. I do the same as you: only buy cotton, linen, silk snd wool. I don’t touch the fabric though I generally will just eyeball it and look at the sheen and the weave.
