I've heard of exes coming back after years so if it goes past 6 months it's still possible to get your ex back people just need to be patient but at the same time you got to focus of growing as a person so yeah exes can come back years later but at the same time do not put your life on hold.

My Ex messaged me after 48 days of no contact to meet up. I met up with her and she didn’t say anything significant about getting back together just talked like how we normally use to. I know she is dating someone else but she didn’t mention anything. She has been texting and calling me for 3 days now. Should I go back to no contact? I've recently been broke up with and I've been thinking about sending them a heartfelt letter if they don't reach out after around 3 months (if I still feel like it by then). I'm moving to the country they live in in a month (the plans on moving there were unrelated to them) and thought that maybe it would then also seem natural to suggest a meet-up and to work on things again. For now we are in no contact. I've told them to only reach out if they want to work on things, but also said that I won't be waiting for them and will be moving on. Do you think this is a good idea? Also, I'm not sure if I should block them on Instagram? They can still reach out to me on other apps, but I'm having a hard time not watching their stories when I haven't blocked them. And I'd also like for them to be hit with the realization that I'm gone when they see I've blocked them
