Hey bro my ex dumped me about 5 months ago after a 3 year on and off relationship (we broke up mostly because of me and was like 20+ times within the 3 years) but at the end of the relationship I changed up and was doing everything she wanted trying to be everything she wanted but she was talking to this other guy and even went on a date with him. I found out and managed to get her to give us another chance but she wouldn’t block him even when we were together. We had about a week of it being perfect and looked like we were gonna be good this time but after that week she just left me again and I was watching your videos so I went no contact with her hoping she’d find her way back but it’s still been months and months and I’ve heard nothing but I still love and think about her 24/7 was wondering if you had any advice for me on what I can do????

Hey man, that is really tough. I do feel like she would develop a real attachment for you after three years. The fact that you guys broke up over 20 times in the relationship though leads me to think that she may have been doing some moving on within the relationship towards the end.
If it has already been five months and she is seeing someone else I would focus really hard on moving on. I am posting a video on my Patreon about that on Monday and it will be on UA-cam a week after that.
Not to say there is no chance of her coming back, because there is. 3 years is a good amount of time no matter what. But, the only way I can see it happening is if you do major work on yourself and begin to really enjoy your life without her.
I would start by asking yourself what caused the 20 breakups and what would have to change for that to not happen again. Once you’ve figured out the problem I would get a therapist or do coaching calls to figure it out.

Hello Cole, I'm part of your discord already. Known my wife for 25 years, been in a relationship 10 years and married for coming up 5 now. We initially split due to her falling out of love then we tried again but due to past trauma she decided to leave. She's now living with a male friend, after doing smart contact for 3 months due to our kids she recently reached out and we've been messaging, video calling and phone calling every day in the past week. Really clicking like we used to, during conversation she let slip she made a move on the guy but he rejected her due to them being such close friends. I pulled a face to this news and she said she hated that face as it made her feel like I was belittling her and now she's reverted to blunt messages or ignoring me. Is this a sign she still has feeling for me due to her reaction? Progress wise I'm trying to win her back so has this ruined my chances?
I appreciate any help you can give, feel like I'm walking blind here in trying to show her I've changed and to get past these defensive walls she clearly still has up.

I think you are doing a good job. I don’t think you ruined it. We spoke a little bit in the live earlier but I think that hurt her pride and then your face probably hurt it a bit more so she was just getting defensive. I’m happy the friend didn’t do anything. I would continue as you have been going man. Try your best to stay level and calm even though I know that seems impossible.
