I would love to see a video on the history of Mo/Mo2 major guilds server wars and the end of mo1.

People need to stop thinking of this game's loot as if it's WoW. Your loot will never be more important than the guild you are in. Playing for individual loot that degrades will never be more powerful than you playing for your guild's TC. POI are there to gather players to specific locations- not for you to ride to a chest or kill that one veteran bandit and make it big. You really shouldnt be "looting" items worth more than a steel set on a regular basis & any item that players could expect as a normal drop for "excitement" is gonna be vendor trash for raw gold.. but hey a 5% chance to drop a 20g vendor item doesnt sound too bad.

i think just alone adding more POIs would be nice especially in the mentioned areas which are missing it from the beginning. Dont need competition over every little thing and lootbag next to a campfire. i mean, there are also players that just love to hang out, explore and farm stuff, yes we exist in this game too. What is War without farmer folks ;D i think the environment could be more adventurous with more of those details. I also think its sad that there is not much of notes to read around, where you could do something like geocaching to find little threasures in the world. And yes we need more camps with mobs in it, i could imagine pirate bandits at jungle coast for example?

The problem with POIs isnt guilds claiming it, its thats its much too easy since you can just build some ugly scrub shack right on top of it, thus the game looks like shit a lot of time coz all you see is ugly blue rooftiles.(New building styles when? xD) I think maybe if the overall world felt a little more alive with some random plant/ore/Animal spawns, people wouldnt want to gatekeep that much. Although some zerg-guildmembers are extremely toxic and gank solo miners with 4 friends in steel. Those will always try to gatekeep. Oh and gatekeeping is also very easy if EVERY MOB RUNS AWAY FROM YOU WHEN LOW. Coz then you have to follow them a) through a dungeon or b) into the open field where you will be spotted.

Even with the highest of ambitions you cant cross the invisible bridge against 4 elementalistst 24/7.

Pretty simple. you clear all the mobs on the POI? the chest has generated some loot for you. no more time waste for nothing. TLDR; they need to rework the loot system for lootables to generate for certain events...

What's the point of adding towers and ruins that only hold 2 silver. The content that is needs to be worth doing, else it's just more of a waste of already limited dev time with basically just FarmerJoe being their only senior dev.

Random thought on my part, not sure of the implications, but have different mines dotting the land, have it so they have some nodes that shift? As in, they have whatever chance to spawn as granum, tephra, calx, whatever, based off the local biome, but have a minimum of certain ores? Not saying it’s a good idea, but it would increase the desire to investigate at least, and maybe you have it that if it’s untouched for x amount of time it rotates with higher odds to the scarcer mats… but I digress.

There should be singular veins here and there of best metal and other materials. It doesnt really make a lot of sense that one place has it all. It makes it that guild gets giga rich. Its always an uphill battle for others but this makes it even worse. Or have 3 different spots on map for it. You wouldnt always have to beat the best, you could have other options as opponent. And for sure more POIs. If the game was more popular or had big influx of players.. theres not much bandits even for bandit task. You have to kill all in large camp sometimes to get it done. Now imagine flock of new players.. and if you go red, you are bad guy among many people. Game has way too much building space now if thats the argument from anyone.

I am returning player, recently chased away from Risar camp by a guild claiming it is their territory. It is what is, I accept it, I ll just go farm somewhere else. I have voted in the poll, watched the whole video, liked the video, my work here is done. :D

time for guilds to start gatekeeping barrels and urns, LETS GOOOOOO

I think even with the new dungeons, the rest of the world is so barren there's little to no point in going there. It's either you build around a dungeon or you build around a town. The sheer lack of POIs is kinda sad. I remember my first time killing night snatchers around a cave and hoped for a decent reward, but all I got to find was a dead body model with nothing on it. Boring

TLDR: I've been playing longer than you and destroyed my life. I deserve to have things in the game you cant have.

I disagree it will be shit. I really like the idea. It is even present in chivalry. Each class has a special move they use that is just an alternate swing or different kind of shot.

A chivalry 2 combat style might be okay

I wanna see how they introduce fletching with poison, flame, whatever to arrows and daggers that it will not mess up the balance. Damage over time is potentially too powerfull in MO2. Is that gonna come with a ton of additional potions that cost 10k to craft? Like extinguisher potion with a rare drop from a Campodon?

I agree with u, Wolfszeit, 1 weapon skill to click is fine, but if it bloats to like 4 and clutters your bars, it could get annoying.
