Honestly the movie was definitely good at the same time it felt like goosebumps where at the end of the episode there’s always that one twist at the end making you feel like there’s a possible sequel to this episode but there isn’t because honestly it was good I wouldn’t say that it was the best I wouldn’t say that it was the top movie of the year I will say that it felt like a 90s or 80s movie which definitely goes with the theme of what it was going for but at the same time it definitely feels like if it has a sequel it definitely needs to just go all out and not just hold back. Don’t give me wrong this movie definitely need to SQL and it will become a cult classic sooner or later but yeah it will be on the same level as possibly Candyman because let’s be honest movie felt like a mix of Candyman in nightmare on elm street with the lead theme of Mr. Rogers but evil.

1st, let me say, I don't really watch a lot of shows like this or any Tyler Perry type shows at all and the ONLY-SOLO-UNO reason that I even gave this a chance is the incomparable TS Maddison is in it. I at least give her projects a view even if I don't care for the type of production it is. That said....I am only 2 episodes deep and if there is no more Maddie, there may be no more me. The storyline aint grabbing me, the characters aint grabbing me, the acting sure as h3ll aint grabbing me. I honestly thought it was going to be a movie and was disappointed to find it was a series. I am glad to see Tyler step away from the stereotypical Church lead black families plots he usually goes with because he has done that too death. However, his choice of a strip club and butt pumping feels so old and worn too. In short Girl, your reviews on this show are FAR more interesting than this show and I'm mostly enjoying the fact that you seem to feel the same way I do about this show. I might give it another episode or two but if I am not seeing more Maddie, I might bail out too😂

I usually go with my eye test when I watch/judge a movie rather than a site in RT that likes to use a stat to decide if a movie is good or bad, stats are good for research but RT shouldn't be the end all be all to end the argument about whether a movie is good or bad. I admit that I was skeptical about The Little Mermaid remake, it wasn't because of Ariel being black (I was hyped when the news came out about the casting choice) it was because I thought they were going to screw up the love story with Ariel and Eric and thank goodness they didn't and I was satisfied with the outcome, Halle Bailey as Ariel was jaw-dropping gorgeous in the remake.

I watched the wild robot and I absolutely adored it! The details in the animation like the animals pupils glowing in the light was such a beautiful touch. It was so immersive and the score was beautiful too!

I finally watched it and I got some thoughts. Seeing the gruesome deaths like cutting the stomach and shoving stuff into the stomach, and using the bubble gun to blow a guy's head off was nuts, I did like that they explained Mr. Crocket's backstory by why he's helping them, kids, him being an a**hole, and him doing the deed for the devil. Major destroying his Dad's photo and trophy over a tape was disrespectful and the character of Eddie and the reveal were nothing special because Eddie wasn't interesting to me. I enjoyed the movie and hope it gets a sequel.
