Hi. Good informative video. Are you using wide screen monitor?

Am I reading your controls readout on the bottom of the screen that you're moving at full thrust almost the entire time? Also, I've been practicing decoupled flight in zero G, am I doing myself a disservice by not practicing under gravity?

As someone who is interested in not necessarily racing, but just having better control, and flying better, do you ever partake in dogfighting? If so, do you find yourself winning due to your increased speed and skill? Or do you fly purely in racing?

I've been weighing the idea of going fully decoupled. Trial by fire so to speak. I either learn to fly decoupled or I hang up my sticks haha.

What a great idea, now I can do racing while not racing :p. Id like to hear racing history on the teams and tracks. Like a Track spotlight, get the track designer on the podcast to talk about their thought process while they were searching for and constructing the track. Also abit about the state of racing when it first emerged within the SC community, what were the first tracks and how CIG reacted to the interest in racing.

Great video, look forward for your track guides :-) As a Keyboard+Mouse pilot, I keep grav-compensation enabled. (Without analogs, it's pita.) Still have a lot of fun with Kb/M, although it never will be competitive.

Was great racing with you and everyone else. Definitely some of the closest competition I've ever seen, was absolutely wild to be swinging through the slalom at Caplan so close together without any collisions.

Never felt super drawn to racing, especially endurance racing, but you're right about the dynamic weather. Makes things a whole lot more interesting.

Right now I am watching all of your videos to tearn how to race in SC and noticed I wasn't subbed. Shame. My goal is to become a better pilot specially when low flying, but then I noticed I wasn't that good at flying in other situations at all, but your channel came up at the right time.

I’m excited for more teams to emerge. Not just a racer upkeepung their own ship but a crew of people supporting the top racers in the pits.
