My channel is mostly about Butterflies. I started to raise Monarch Butterflies over the last few years. I have found it interesting and have learned a lot. I hope to learn more and to pass that on to others. This channel will be for children as well as adults. I hope you all enjoy this as much as I do.

How Fast Can a Swallowtail Caterpillars Eat
It’s actually a carp bee, you can tell by their abdomen, if it’s black and shiny then it’s a carp bee, if it’s yellow, black, and fuzzy, then it’s a bumblebee
Wow aphids eat the eggs too? I was lavjng them alone for lady bugs to eat. And lady bugs eat the eggs too? 😨 damn it. I’ll get rid of the aphids and squash them straight away. I lose my baby butterflies to wasps usually that I can see at least.
Wonderful. Next to bees, these are my favourite backyard buddies ❤
The things inside are hatched larva
It's dry mud
Belongs to mud wasp
Hi! It’s june, and I’m really worried about my woolly bear. This is my first time raising a woolly bear, but I’ve raised many moths before. I took them home a couple weeks ago and put them in a container with lots of dandelions and clovers like I was told, and have been spritzing it with water every other day, along with providing fresh leaves. I noticed a couple days after bringing them home that they had stopped moving. I knew this was normal, and that this one I had brought was close to cocooning. However, it’s been a few weeks and they remain curled in a ball and I’m very worried that something has gone wrong. Could my caterpillar be sick? Or even worse, could they be dead?
But what do they eat?
Capenter bee
Thats a carpenter bee actually
Bug porn lol
green cat
Good tips, thank you.
Did you use untreated lumber? Or can you use pressure treated?
It is. I was told it had already hatched so I took it to my room where a few days later I had become a proud mom of a million baby all over my room. I saved all I could.
I tell my daughter, once their cute little face is deep in that flower 🌼, go for it, lol. They're so soft and fluffy.
Awesome footage👍
Thanks 👍
Meanwhile the bee stingings the flower qq bunch
I have passion flowers on the fence next to my house. The bumblebees get drunk off them and fall asleep on them and I pet them on a regular basis when they do
“She” during the day and “he” at night. 😂
lol i know I do that all the time
When I had giant marigolds, I had a couple of pet bumble bees 🐝 who would sleep 🛌 inside the flowers at night, they’d cover themselves with the petals like it was a blanket. They’re so cute, love them. I wouldn’t pet the bees too much, their fuzz is delicate, wings too, can accidentally damage them.
The fact that they sleep and that we get to see one passed out incredibly adorable in a flower, makes them even more awesome :)
Ppl wrongly believe that butterflies come from cocoons, but it's actually caterpillar moths that do. Butterflies come from Chrysalis'.
its actually a carpenter bee.
Still a bumble bee. Its a speices of a bumblebee but yeah im sure this is a carp bee
Very cute and wholesome! Westernkind is amazing and kind!
bumblebees are too good for this world
So just do it gently
Bees are quite chill away from their nest or hive. Petting them is quite easy, and for some reason many think it's strange or daring. The bees themselves don't seem to care too much.
be careful not to get stung by a bumblebee 🐝
They actually sometimes let you pet them
Quality wildlife photography !! It's so fun to find a kindred spirit. I've always wanted to pet one also..
That kid was asleep! ....very wonderful video❤
harmless, easily pet a bumblebee. don't even pay attention to you. just keep on working
Yes... i have found chilled wasps in the mornings. They wake in the palm of your hand, and aren't anxious to sting. Sun and sugary water, if available, help them. The wasp landed on my chest, otherwise I wouldn't pick one up
sweet, and she's Smart !
Idk man I’ve seen angry bees and nice bees my entire life just depends on there situation I guess wasps however will always sting you I hate wasps ugh bees are friends
Awww😍🥺🥺😍
Nice video. The bee in the marigold looks big enough to be a queen. Did you build a bumble bee house for your backyard? There are several nice DIY videos.
Not much pollen in her storage tanks......
As long as you are not near a bee's nest they generally will not sting you. Even killer bees are usually docile when they are far from the hive. When I was a kid I would pick up wild honey bees in my hand and pet them.
Nice 🐝 😊 Someday I'll try that friendly petting ❤
cute
They’re brilliant, thanks for sharing
Your welcome. I'll do more quick updates too. Also I'm taking pics everyday so I will eventually put up a video sequence from the hatching to when it's in the chrysalis.

Wow this is so cool
This is awesome 👍👍
I have always loved bees. So adorable!! They always LOOK like they are playful.
4:21 that one was likely to be a carpenter bee
😊😊😊
My mom use to let bees crawl on her fingers then pet them, we kids thought she was crazy... 60 years later I did the same thing and my grandkids now think I am crazy... 🤣
😭😭
Im thrilled that my son is teaching my six-year-old granddaughter to like bumblebees and honeybees and not to be afraid of them. I bought her a set of stuffed toy bees, and she loves them.
I like bees too. I also think there adorable
