What Should I pack for boot camp?

I started the process for the air force I would like to know how can I prepare for meps? How did you keep your weight to 175lbs all the way to basic training ? Did you get your first choice to be stationed? Did you get yelled at in boot camp? what should I expect at boot camp? Should I be nervous about the gas Chamber?

Hi! I’m trying to join and I want an honest opinion. I am currently trying to get my eczema waiver approved and my first attempt was rejected from the SG but they gave me a second opportunity to submit a waiver only if I saw a dermatologist which I did. it came back as status improved, but I want to know realistically will the SG approve my waiver just from that or does me having eczema automatically disqualify me?

Start with diet first and foremost. You working against yourself if you don’t do that before. You can do lite running with small intervals of intense sprints at least 4 days out of the week. That 1.5 cake
