I've read a few comments and I have to strongly disagree. These are some headphones that aren't targeted to play everything. HBB talks about it very often, presenting what music he bases his opinion. I can agree that the vocals are different, but for the music I wanted to listen to => dubstep, gaming dubstep, riddim dubstep, brostep experimental bass etc (there usualy is no vocals) for $30 nothing will surprise me more in next years. I respect everyone's opinion, I'm just presenting my own point of view. It's really worth trying these IEMs and getting out of Your comfort zone by listening to some really fuc*** up genres of music 😂😅. All the best!

I'm buying one as a first planar IEM. Already using the Cadenza as a DD IEM.

Now, does the performance of a driver directly in front of the nozzle differ from the performance of a driver far away who has a tube connecting him to the nozzle?

So glad I stopped after the QKZ HBB lol... seems like near every other collab of his in the 2 years following have been pretty bad. QKZ's still my mains but got simgot ew200's on the way so who knows if that'll last.

I see what you are saying but I have a different take: Elua is a good IEM for someone who has multiple sets. This one fills a niche. Great for Techno with great powerful bass and outstanding technicalities, especially for this price.

Mine arrived last thursday, and I love it, scales well with better power sources but is mostly easy to drive with a simple dongle Dac, the included eartips are enough for me, but cable rolled to a cheap qkz t1. Thanks for the review!!! I know it is a different tuning but I'm digging it, I think for the right price is a good rec.

Thanks for showing that graph, looks like a budget offering from 2018. "Someone may like it" is the most polite condemnation I have seen in a review recently.

Graph looks decent but QC control of the chinese iems is just too annoying also KZ uses paper filter mesh which even with a drop of water gets muted forever I have 7hz Salnotes Zero Mecha 3 units and Sennheiser CX180 they have absolutely perfect channel matching im glad i bought them i kept zero 2 waner edx pro x t3+ m40x etc Worst ones were EW200 and KZ ZVX dull sound and so much quality control issues

they are a scam. literally no difference from the pro x and the tuning switches don't do anything

I'm real interested in these, and I'm overall happy that KZ seems to get better after the whole stuff they went through. Better tuning and what looks like overall better construction.

I come from BLON 03. I really loved them... The tuning for its Soundstage and non pricky treble I'm now eyeing on kiwi CADENZA ... I'm just confused at this point. There's also kefine KLEAN but way expensive

I tried pairing my PRX with a generic dongle(like the most generic of generic dongles), but used the "Sound" Beautifier app(available at the GooglePlay Store) by Swiss Selections to give my mobile sound source a bit of a boost. Seems to work well. Of course, it's not as good as a desktop DAC-AMP, but it's good enough to make the PRX enjoyable on a mobile phone sound-source and without having to use an expensive dongle DAC-AMP. ...and i also tried those generic triple-flange silicon tips on these, and from what i've heard so far, those generic tips are doing way better than the branded ones that i also have(namely, Tanzu Sancai, Radius DeepMount, Dunu Spinfits CP100+, Dunu S&S, BGVP W01, Acoustune AET06 and AET08, KBEAR). And i mean way better! All these tips i mentioned seem to produce some sibilance, some more than others, that i don't get with those generic triple-flange tips. But don't just take my word for it, try it out yourself. At this point, i'm really starting to think that a bit of "snake-oil marketing" is also going on with a lot of these so-called "branded" eartips. By the way, if you're not sure with the size, start with the smallest size first and work your way up. These do come in 3 sizes: "small", "medium", and "large"; and these are dirt-cheap as well, so just go for all three sizes to see what size will work you.

i hope KZ will never repeat again removing the mesh over the planar driver as happened in PR2.
