Maybe the most frustrating youtube channel I've ever found. Came for the GT4 (not RS) Akrapovic OAP vid - three whole vids just on that car/exhaust system in the last 3 years, and not a single clip of the sound of the exhaust while driving. NONE. No flybys, no pulls, no gear changes, not even a tootle down a country lane - NOTHING except standing revs into the limiter, and a dyno run in a building. You made 3 vids about 2 exhaust choices, and none of us have any idea how either of them sound while actually driving the car in the real world. You even said that was the biggest difference!! Show us!!! This vid is no different. I have no idea how your GT4 RS actually sounds. You seem like a lovely guy, I have nothing against you, but you've made some baffling choices making these vids.

Hi Do you still have the car? Ive been looking at having the exhaust controller fitted. Have you had any issues with it .. warranty etc.

May have missed it, but did you fit rear camber bolts?

Did you replace the ofp pipe with the resonated one or straight through?

There seems to be a dramatic sound difference between your car and the stock GT4 RS….. Is it just over the axels that you replaced? Wonder if it will have an equivalent effect on a US Spec car?

Being a EU spec car, how did you get around the monitored OPF? Any CEL?

How was the drone? Did you get any?

No difference on standstill reving, the valves are open anyway. The difference is when you drive off the valves automatically close between 1500 and 3500 rpm. With the valve controller the valves remain open all the time, giving much better sound on the move.

That’s way more than stock. The Porsche rating is the engine, you measure wheel HP. Probably close to 500hp stock which is why these run mid 3s 0-60 and high 11s 1/4 mile

I’ve just bought an used Spyder with 4K on the clock but sounds pathetic. Yours sounds better. Standard exhaust?

Hi m8, how did you fix the o2 engine light? I have akra link pipes and thinking of getting these headers. Also any drone with street driving around 2.5k-3.5k rpm?

Have you considered the 718 Boxster GTS 4.0 with the electric roof? I'm thinking of one...

I have two questions: How much is the fuel consumption for the daily drive? And how comfortable is the back seats to carry two passengers?

Do you know if replacing the standard drop links with aftermarket ones will affect the Toyota warranty on the other suspension parts?

I’m having a similar experience with mine, but I have even smaller factory roll bars (non circuit pack). However im now running HKS Hipermax R coilovers with 16k rear springs and am still feeling the rear is unsettled, which im convinced is actually being caused by the trailing arm bushes. Im planning to replace with rose joints. Please provide your feedback once you’ve tested the roll bar, thanks!

As a white GR owner, (almost 60 thousand euros in Ireland) I really like the placing of the red stripe. It goes well with the lines of the car, good job. That smile that's on you face exiting the corners, I know it well. For what it cost to buy, it's 'probably the finest hot hatch' , apart from Carsburg, in the world. As a daily driver this car is pure joy. Thanks for showing this.

It’s a really great car, mine is a pearl white circuit car delivered early October 2020 but due to covid I couldn’t get it until December 2020 I’ve done 25000 miles completely fault free, just had the major 24000 service and safety check. New Michelin 4s on the rear due to a deep hole in the tyre. It’s certainly not a drag racing car but as a road car it’s very fast in all conditions and surfaces. Feels special every time I go out. After 59 cars I might just keep this one.

Sadly soon all combustion cars including classics will be banned from public streets in entire EU and Scandinavia :-( In Germany the Green Peoples Party gave order to shorten fuel supply from 2025 on by reducing all conventional fuel stations to only one state operated central gas station per city or county. Now they want to slow down all the gas station pumps from 20 litre per minute to 2 litre per minute...From 2027 on in the EU certain car spare parts will be banned too....as exhaust systems, turbo chargers and even some engine and gearbox oils...California and New York will do the same from 2027 on.... So no investments should be done in oil burning cars any longer....They even created a new kind of crime here, called emissions and smoke crime (BABVVO=Bundesabgasbespassungsverbotsverordnung)!!!!!!

Hello. I am interested in the Kline Manifolds with 200 cells cat. Original Exhaust and OPF should stay, like on your GT4. That sounds quite good in UA-cam Video. What was the reason that you have removed the Kline Manifolds with 200 cells cat ? Did you make a dyno without and with the Kline Headers ? Thanks and greetings

When you got Manthey kit installed in UK, everything was done following their instructions sheet - Now Manthey just checked your setup or did they change camber/ toe numbers?

Nice explanation here. I've just put the Whiteline front camber bolts and the PowerFlex rear camber bolts. Haven't taken it to the suspension shop yet for the adjustments.
