Hi there, awesome videos by the way. I know this might not be the right area to post or ask but please help me out. If I have an existing rgb led profile that only has telemetry leds (rpm) and I want to keep it or modify, my guess is to clone, rename the profile and edit i, correct? Since it seems that the Arduino profile manager only allows me to load one profile at a time, where can I go to add the steering wheel button colours? How would I add or change certain button colours with gradient / solid etc

In simhub it is possible to create dash specific buttons? So the keystroke of the buttons change with the dash page. Thanks in advance

Hello Adam, I’m struggling with gauges. I have a working tacho but I would like a red “highest rpm reached” needle. I don’t know how to program that. Eventually I would like an old school needle that swings into red or green according to delta. Can you help?

Assetto Corsa Competizione returns time data with : and makes it impossible to do any kind of math with it. A workaround to convert time variables to numeric variables would be nice.

Im very new to sim racing. What i dont understand is if we change all these settings in the Simucube software, how does that effect the setting in the games, like ACC or IRacing? Seems to me theyd be working against eachother. If i change "gain" and or filter" in ACC then the changes i made in Simucube dont mean much. If i set gain to x value in simucube and y value in ACC then why not set one of them to 0 value and make adjustments in one or the other? I feel a big difference bewteen ACC and AC wheel settings. Which pretty much negates what i did in the settings in Simucube. I feel like either the games should control it or the Wheel base manufacturers should, not both.

Hey Adam thanks for the tutorial. Quick question if I have 3 separate LEDs connected to 3 separate arduino Nanos how does one differentiate one led from the next - profiles? The reason I ask when trying to add a affect to a specific Nanos I keep getting the wrong led strip when adding affects. Big thanks in advance

I'm just now getting into learning about Simhub and have loved your videos so far. I started sim racing (iRacing) back in November and have fallen in love with it. I'm going to start looking into making dashboards and making profiles/RPM led's as soon as I get solid feet under me. I also just realized that this was created 3 years ago lol, so everything might look a little bit different....Well crap

great video thanks. I have an issue though that the shift lights are maxing out way before reaching peak rpm? Given they're incremented in %'s, this seems a bit odd?

If you're still monitoring comments - I have just tried creating this versus using the default RPMS effect but it doesn't work. The pit limiter and max rpm part does but not the rpm percentage. I've tried using test data editor and in-game. Could it be because of updates to both simhub and iracing since this tutorial was made? I also tried your profile, same issue.

Great video Adam. I am using the Pro Switch panel. Like you I have mapped dry and wet to TC 1 and TC 2. I have left, right and 4 tire changes mapped. What I can't get is for the light to stay on for example 4 tires plus dry. 4 tires is fine but I can't get the compound i.e TC 1 in this example to stay on as well. Thanks for the videos it has really helped me understand simhub better. Much appreciated.

Great info. Just beginning to race with Porsche Cup. Many have said it’s numb but now with the new 360hz update you can try little higher slew rate.

This is hands-down best tutorial out there on iracing ffb setup. Checks all the boxes, understanding concept, how-to and challenge for the person to work on the craft. I'm glad i was able to come across this vid. Too many garbage tutorials out there just telling you how to click the auto feature.

I’m running a 480 and Vocore, they worked when I first hooked it up, now they won’t. Rare instance they will. I need to turn one or the other off to get the other working.

My Simpush Racelogic with Pacelogic often Freezes. I need to remove the cable an plug it in again. I also got the Proplem that the display suddenly zoomed in or is shifted so you can´t see anything on the Simpush. Somebody elso got the Problem? Is this a Simhub fault or is my Simpush Racelogic broken?

Just wonder if I need to change something my live data counts in the hundreds not the thousands
