Hello, welcome back to the channel! In this video I go through things that have helped me not get distracted when I've been preparing for my exams. This should apply if you are preparing for any sort of exam (GCSEs, A-Levels, University Exams, IB, etc). I spend a decent chunk of this video speaking about ways to limit phone distactions, as that's probably the single biggest source of distraction for students. I also mention how by setting a clear goal and direction, it provides some reason to the studying we are doing, and thus should reduce the probablity of little things distracting us.
