I have a pair of Ziruss 2 and I really love it. So comfortable during my runs. I feel the Nimbus I had (I don't remember the model number any more) was very tight on the vertical level, like the ceiling for the toes is too low. I always have pain in my right foot after a run with the Nimbus. I'll stick to Ziruss. Gonna try Ziruss 4 soon. Hopefully it's similar to 2.

I got this on the ASICS outlet on offer (82 EUR) and can't wait to try it out as my long walk and slow run workhorse.

Which one is better for half and full marathon?

I have the Kayano 28, that exact color. I use it strictly for the gym and workouts. I cannot wear these casually as they make my feet look like elf feet. My favorite is the gel Kayano 24. it just looks sleek, simple, yet sophisticated as it has no logo on the medial side. I can wear those casually and stay comfortable. I know that Asics has moved into the chunky phase and all their models are now chunky even the Kayano. Overall, the Kayano 28 is a comfortable shoe that you can definitely wear every day but it does fit a bit snug so I would recommend to go half size up for those wide footers.

Can I exercise in this at the gym?

I have the Kayano 28 coming. But i have normal/neutral feet and arches. Will i still be comfortable in these Kayanos??

An Asics store attendant told me those black marks indicate to what kind of steps the shoes are. On my case, pronated steps shoe, the black marks are on the internal part of the feet. I believed him. Never did a research, though

I have neutral arches but my arches got hurt when I wore gel kayano 27 for a run. I thought it was a one time thing and didn’t bother but the pain consistently increased for 3 days, it hurts badly. Should I continue to use them? Or go for neutral.

Neutral vs Stability. All cushioned nueutral shoes are named after clouds because they are light and soft. Cumulus and Nimbus... i sold Asics for 18 years. High arches or underpronators need more cushion. 80% of the population pronates.

How about Superion Gel series?

I have recently bought Gel Kiano 28 ffor my daily run but somehow my ankle always got hurt after run. Is it the side effect of a neutral runner who use stability shoes, or it's just the shoes need some adjustment before they break in? Ps. I have only wore it twice

Decent didnt mention stability and spineshenks differences. Im obsessed with this shoe. Explain heel trail editions and knit. 2008 and b4 have better durability esp at toe top if you have toenials. Glue seperates premature post netting and foam molds gt 2000 3ish above

this shoes really helps my ankle have an injury and its really helps me to correct/support my ankle since its colapsing when im walking… the only problem is i can feel some pain in my inner heal very uncomfortable on that part.
