🍃 The BEST Banana Cake EVER! ! Healthy & Delicious! Rejuvenate Your Body Inside & Out

My version of a PlantBased Banana Cake! Super Healthy & Amazingly Delicious!..My kids and I tore this up in ONE day!
INGREDIENTS
3 C. All Purpose Flour
11/2 tsp. Baking Soda
11/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Pink Salt
1/2 tsp. Ground Ginger
1/2 to 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
2/3 C. Non GMO Grape seed Oil
11/2 C. Organic Raw Cane Sugar
3 Organic Large Ripe Bananas... peeled & slice
1 C. Plant Milk (Soy, Almond, Oat or Coconut)
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp. Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 to 1/2 C. Plantbased Cream Cheese
3 Tbsp. Vegan Butter (Earth Balance)
16 oz. Organic Powdered Sugar
1) Preheat oven to 350 F/177 C. Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
2) In mixing bowl, stir together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices.
3) In a separate bowl add the oil, sugar, bananas, plantbased milk, vanilla and apple cider vinegar. mix until smoothly combined.
4) Pour the banana mixture into the flour mixture. Stir until just combined.
5) Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minute. Top should be golden brown. Use a toothpick and insert in center of cake and if toothpick is clean .. it’s done.. if still slightly wet.. bake a few more minutes until toothpick is clean.
6) Set aside the cake to cool.
7) You can serve this cake without frosting or with a light dusting of powdered sugar...OR you can serve it MY way😋. Be sure to allow the cake to cool completely before adding any frosting.
8) Once cake has cooled completely, top with frosting and add walnuts or pecans if desired.
PlantBased Cream Cheese
1) Mix Powdered sugar, cream cheese & add 1tsp vanilla extract
2) Mix till smoothe & top generously on cake
