      Hey Laura... sleep disturbances are usually one of the symptoms.. not the "problem." So, the process we move women through in Joyful & Present isn't based on specific strategies to get to sleep or back to sleep, but rather practices that lead to overall nervous system regulation and health. Great sleep is a beneift of that work! I think that's what amazed Janis... she had done other programs and interventions for decades trying to improve sleep... and it came naturally once we addressed the underlying cause.
