@AmyRoss23 You're welcome, although I have to admit I mostly do hiphop related stuff so sampling/resampling is very very common in those genres. Could still work in other genres though

Put your capo on fret 2 and tune down to standard E A D G B E. take your capo off and you have a whole step down.

@@daddyj1483 I find sometimes the capo then messes with the key I sing in and I find it harder. On many songs i play moving the capo up and down the guitar and then see what works best for my voice. Thanks! :)

@@AmyRoss23 I assume what the person above wants to say is that you should put a compressor on both reverb track and delay track, and feed the vocal track as a source of your sidechain. That way, whenever main vocal is present - your reverbed/delayed signal will get lower in volume, and once main vocal is no longer playing - your reverb/delay tails will pop right back up in the mix. You can do a lot of creative stuff by adjusting attack/release of the compressor(s).
