It takes great strength to open up and admit we are not doing well. I for one struggle with this myself and can resonate with a lot that you are saying.
I think that when it comes to reminding ourselves that "someone else has it worse" it can be dangerous to view that as a reason to not be upset if your situation isn't ideal. Our feelings tell us something is not right, and by saying that others have it worse we end up being dismissive of our feelings and don't look into how to make ourselves feel better.
I myself need to be careful with saying that others have it worse, as it should be a way to empower us and push towards solving the problem, not a way to put ourselves down for feeling bad about our current situation.
I believe we can be our own worst enemy. And when it comes to situations like this our aim should be to have a conversation with ourselves as if we are our own best friend. You wouldn't say to your best friend who has an issue that "other people have it worse" because that's not what a good friend would do. We'd hear them out and let them speak the issue and then give advice if they want it. If we treat ourselves like our own best friend and love ourselves then we can allow ourselves to grow and heal.
Wishing you all the best, Amy. God Bless.

I think sometimes we can be our own worst enemy for sure. I’m trying to allow my emotions to be whatever they are no matter what that entails. I appreciate your help and your openness thank you. We got this 💪🏻

Wow, I can relate a lot to struggling with showing/sharing my struggles with how I’m feeling when I’m down to the people closest to me. It’s so easy to beat yourself up about it but don’t take yourself so serious. You are strong Amy and you can overcome your own challenges as long as you do not give up ❤

I normally stay away from Christian content more so because I know I am far from someone who can give help to others but I feel the need to say something. I don't know what but 2 verse jumped to mind.
    Matthew 6:33
But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.
I feel its only natural if you get out of sync with God that the rest of life follows. The second verse I wanted to share is 1 Corinthians 10:13 (this one is from NLT)
The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you can endure.
I feel this could hopefully help you. The way I interpret it, is that you won't be tempted past what you can handle, and in the same vein, you won't receive struggles you can't handle either. No one's struggle is worse or better than others, it's all individualistic and different from person to person. It's easy to say that they have worse struggles but it's harder to tackle your own struggles that are "supposed" to be easy. You should empathize/ sympathize with those that are struggling around you but don't minimize your own problems because you perceive theirs as worse.
You go to gym so can definitely pull parallels from there that if you are struggling with a 15kg benchpress, you won't look at someone struggling with 100kg benchpress and think damn how can i struggle with a 15kg when they are doing so much more, they are struggling harder and pushing harder. It's not about them, you can support them and you should, and they can support you and should but neither should be looking at the other and comparing struggles.
I will pray for you because your bubbly personality does come through on camera and its always been a highlight, I wish I could do more. I hope you feel better soon and I hope you realize that no matter what, you are allowed to feel the way you feel. You also said it, you can't fill someone else's cup if yours is empty. Please look after yourself.
This is super public but I hope that's okay 😂

Wow this was actually super insightful and helpful. I never thought of the gym analogy like that. But you’re totally right. Ive just been spending time with my own emotions and thoughts and letting myself feel whatever I feel. Thanks for this 🙏🏻
