Buyer OR seller FACT: you need a professional agent. FICTION: you can watch a couple videos, read a few books/articles and do it yourself. Having bought my 1st and only home with Jesse as my agent, I got the absolute best deal possible, and am still very happy I had him in my corner (8 years later) to make sure everything was right and good for me. Sure you can buy or sell a home by yourself, just as you can go to court without an attorney or drive your car off a cliff and hope everything turns out ok - I don't recommend any of the three!
