Arena football in Georgia and hanging up the ol' cleats
Переглядів 375 років тому
My goal was always to play pro football. Like alot of young athetes, I wanted to make it big. All the adversity was worth it. Although I never made it to "The League", I had to come to grips with the fact that I did the best I could. Plus, I still have my health : ) I am glad I left Europe to challenge myself more and raise my game to another level. I love the process and love the grind.

Mobility Video from FRC Concepts and Philosophy

A mobility video that I shot for my boy Timo Jenson in Frankfurt, Germany. The file was too big to email so I just put it on my channel. Great routine for folks who want to add 20 minutes of very beneficial mobility work that can really help athletes move better by creating tensegrity in the entire chain.

i love getting in the surf when its really rough and almost dying. i wonder if its partly because everything is working the whole time plus the fear of death lol. luckily i'm a bit chubby now so i can just have a full lung and lie on my back and float. do shallow breathing with a full lung until recover. spent a bit of time doing breath holds for free diving so ok not getting air all the time. if turn up on the news missing thats probably how i went lol...hopefully
