Brilliant!
Wow! Amazing job. I am learning as much as I can can, so within a few more months I will be opening a shop in my country in South America. Kudos! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience.
Hi what's the best way to clean engine block after aqua blast from leftover glass media ?
Jakiego granulatu używasz?
Two questions even after thoroughly cleaning you hear horror story's of media found inside engines. I had vapour blasting on bare hubs and a few other small parts 220 pound! !
Hi Steve I was very impressed with the results and would be interested to see the complete engine from the kawasaki results is there a video available??
Hi, nice video and great results. When you vapor blast a cilinder do you protect the inside of cilinder?
Top job. Many years back someone I knew had a Z900 engine blasted with corn husks. It polished the casings. Not sure what else was added but this system seems very good and creates the best finish for painted coating. Clear gloss coat would look good.
Someone Tell me Plz is that only water with high water pressure or what it's amazing work i want build my own
Hello, thank you for video. How much nozzle size, crushed glass fraction size and pressure?
please i have one Question is that machine use only water and High air pressure or Water with sand or glass
please i have one Question is that machine use only water and High air pressure or Water with sand or glass
Lol. It's crazy that people are ask8ng what size glass or sand it's using......it's not a sand blaster. It's called VAPOR BLASTING. It's high pressure water.
Its......water with glass bead or sand. Youre not too smart are ya
Someone Tell Me is That Machine used Water or What
I'm over here thinking there rebuilding the engine then I see it turned into a table...I cried.
How loud is the machine?
Nice videos BUT look’s like this old chap doesn’t provide any advices as he afraid of competition or he believe he is the only one that can do this job . However , he does the videos for a bit more ££ from UA-cam not to share his…”experience “ . Not worth it to subscribe 😏
Thanks for your nice comments‘George George’ you’re right it’s not an educational video just promoting the service, Ive not made any further videos for years and have never received any money for them so no need to subscribe, thanks for watching though 😊
How would you block off the ports
wernt you going to vapour blast .
Is that just high pressured water? I’m confused how it makes it so clean without any chemicals.
Hi, It’s a mixture of water and media, mainly glass beads
@@kentvapourblasting2374 Oh interesting, so it’s water & abrasive. How does it leave such a smooth somewhat glossy finish. Over your normal sandblasted matte finish. My guess would be a finer abrasive?
If you look at Vixen vapour blasting who manufacture the equipment it’s all explained there, I’m only a user not a supplier 😊
what type of medea are you use with a blasting?
Mainly glass bead and aluminium oxide
Vapour blasting has always fascinated me! You can make the most grubby dirty engine part etc and make it look new . Great video.
Can buy the unit from you?
good day .. what abrasive material do you use for the job and in what proportion of water and material .. thank you !! happy holidays from villa la angostura patagonia argentina
Looks amazing. Im running a 170-375 glass mesh from potters and cant come close to that sheen. Id love to know the process on how to clean engine parts prior to assembly. Thank you .
wet sand blasting
That's a great job
Hi Steve, how would you insure that all the media is out of the head before re-using it in an engine ?
Sir, what cabinet did you use to make this? I'm planning a new project and came across your video. It seems to work very well!
What all you need to start vapor blasting? and which media do you use? thanks
WOW NICE JOB , THIS VAPOR BLASTING IS THE GO !!
wasnt that just a waterblast . where was the vapour?
Hello, could you tell me what air parameters and media are using? Thanks a lot.
Clean shiny like this. What number is Glass.blad sand used? I want to know what number do you use?

Like brand new
You should tell everybody that this is not a 10 minute job. I vapor blasted my V12 engine block and it took forever, the heads took a long time too,
Yes you are right, it’s not a 10 minute job, I’m showing what can be achieved by me. It’s not the most exciting thing to watch 😊
@@kentvapourblasting2374 Yes, but since you probably have to charge people for the service they should be aware that it might be hours of blasting before they look as good as we want them to look. I did not look at clock but with precleaning and blasting turned out to be a long day and I was dead tired when done. Ok I don’t have that nice carousel that you have so even with mine being front loading it was a hell lot of work. BUT it will look darn good in my E-Type when I am finished with the car.
@@bernhardlist9359 I always quote a fixed price to my customers before they place an order, how long it takes is irrelevant to them.
@@kentvapourblasting2374 Good for the customer.
I suspect you're probably using a different machine, so not apples to apples
Hello, respectable sir, what kind of media do you use and does it correspond to aluminum, please help me.
Hi, Glass bead
Great work
Wow ... how can I clean my engine 3.0ltr V6 duratec in a mondeo st220? I'm getting parts of the engine powder coated but the rest will look dreadful. Any tips? Thanks Z650 engine looks awesome 👌
Where did he get them exhaust and Intake plugs?
I make them specifically for the engine

Здравствуйте!!!! (от слова Здоровья). Меня зовут Игорь, смотрел ваше видео!!!! Я офигел!!!! Так можно сделать????? Красиво!!!!!!! Good!!!! Руки растут из тела, а не из жопы!!!!!
Hi there from empty how much meddium do you put in.? And what size.
Vapor blast deez nuts.
Wow absolutely fantastic job just what I need done to my 1981 GS 1100.
Kent, When finished do you coat/spray the engine with anything to preserve the finish and/or prevent corrosion? Thanks
No, not necessary as the process seals the surface
@@kentvapourblasting2374 Thanks Kent.
@@kentvapourblasting2374 how does it seal it? Thanks for the video!
How long did you take to do that engine? Also what do you charge to do that job? Thanks
Including prep it’s a days work, prices vary depending on condition but around £300
@@kentvapourblasting2374 Thanks for the info!
Kent what size plugs did you use and where we could get them? Thanks
What PSI pressures do your unit function at? Thanks
Question. Is there ANY chance that this method could damage any of the Gasket Surfaces? Does Vapor Blasting REMOVE any material? Thanks
Hi, no it won’t damage or remove material
