What do the protein content on these seem like? Ive had bad luck in the past because, just like other vegan stuff, instead of adding protein they just take the protein out. Likem "here have a chicken salad just without the chicken" which is really annoying. I'm thinking about trying this one and this is one of the only info I've found on their vegan menu so thanks!

If you pinch and run your fingers down the thyme stem, in the opposite direction then they grow, you can destem the whole stem in seconds

Thank you so much!! For water I keep a tub/brita that I keep chilled in the fridge and use to fill up my water bottle/yeti cup. Way less wasteful and cheaper! Also, I soon will have the chance to film a full grocery trip and plan to show what I do :)

Thank you SO much for the kind words! Because I live in south TX, I do majority of my grocery shopping at H.E.B (big local grocer chain). Otherwise, I like to go to Trader Joe's and local Markets! I will gladly do more to show/talk about how I shop in the near future :)
