  • This is what I usually eat in a day as a vegan woman who is aiming for new fitness and nutrition goals! I am by no means perfect, but I am enjoying what I am eating and loving the work that I am putting in at the gym :)

    I have personally found it exhausting to see all these vegan women who eat nothing but greens and zero-calorie fluffer snacks. I don't eat that way, and don't want to eat that way! As I am trying to figure out what works best for me in the kitchen and is compatible with my workout schedule, I wanted to share with other vegan women who are into fitness what I've been eating.
    Is there anything else I could or should be eating? Probably, yes! (Please let me know whatcha think)

    I love how you read a book with your morning drink instead of watching tv. I need to get back into that habit. Great vlog!
